AFC Urgent Care Richmond

Katrina is my favorite NP. They provided excellent and quick service. Great neighborhood asset.

Had me waiting 1hr and 45 min. I walked out. Better get my refund. Had me do a covid and flu test.how about the NP/PA come and actually ask what was wrong. Said 15 mins they’ll be back. It’s been 45 minutes. This ain’t no urgent care, this is a failed operated wannabe clinic. Thank goodness for the 100 of other urgent cares around this area.

We always come here and the service at the front desk is alright. I made an appointment for my daughter to be seen the night before. We checked in on time. They were taking walk ins before us who might have checked in as walk-in and I know this because the people sitting next to us who got called in before us said they walked in. We had to wait more than one hour before she was just called into the room and then another wait in the room so what’s the point of an appointment!
On the app it showed we didn’t have anyone in front of us but they called in 3 before us!
Katrina and Sarah’s service is good so that’s why we come here.

The clinic was really clean. All the staff I interacted with were nice and professional. I would highly recommend it.

This was the only place that I could get treatment for a scratched corena. Because it happened the day before Thanksgiving, I waited 4hours at the emergency room at the Houston VA and they could not get an eye doctor. Today at the VA again the could not get a doctor. So at the urgent care facility the nurse determined it was a scratched coreba and prescribed some medicine for me. If not for the urgent care clinic, my eye would have been worse over the weekend.

Went for my flu shot, fast and efficient!

I had very pleasant experience at AFC Urgent Care. The MA and NP both were very friendly and professional. Also, they were fast. I didn't have to wait for long time.

I came in for a drug screen for work. Despite being busy, everyone from the clinic was extremely nice and helpful. I cannot thank Raven, Ingred, or the manager Karen enough to getting me in and out when I still had a full day planned! Thank you for the great experience!

They were amazing. I will recommend them if you need help in urgent. It was Friday afternoon. My child had really bad cough and ear pain. We called our pediatrician, but they didn't have any appointments until Monday morning. AFC gave us an appointment within 30 minutes and took us in. Staff was friendly and helpful. They prescribed antibiotics and my son was good by Monday. Thank you AFC!

Great service quick, helpful, and took care of my all my child needs. Will definitely be back for this great service my go to Urgent Care from now on.
