Scammer, don't buy here. They claim same day service but don't have the people to do same day, they will push pricier dentures and refuse to even promise that the cheaper option will fit. Do not trust anything they claim online and beware

The staff were pleasantly bright and cheerful. They spoke kindly and professionally. All steps were explained in detail and a plan of action made out that was very accommodating to me as a patient. It was a pleasant visit overall. Return appt set up for Jan 2023.

I have been really satisfied with affordable dentures. Five Star! Never had to return for anything but regular appointments. Will be picking up my permanent upper and lower dentures next week. Good folks

So far so good. I haven't received my final denture but it should be fine. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr rice is nice if you need a tooth pulled, but you don't deal with her, the women that work there are so rude and treat you terrible, especially Glaydis. Go anywhere but here. They also need a new lab technician.

This place is unprofessional they will tell u anything once they get your money it’s different story, Gladys is the receptionist she is the biggest liar, once they did my surgery she told my husband I would receive a cushion for my plate on my next visit, showed up this past thursday 09-08-2022, she told me I didn’t need a cushion, how would she know she’s the receptionist, plus Dr Rice didn’t even see me on my last visit, her staff seen me, do not go to this place, I’m in the process of filing complaint with the Texas Dental Board, the syringe in the picture below was in my medical bag after surgery, I have no idea what this was for, my instructions didn’t say anything, my instructions also didn’t say remove my dental plate after my surgery, see instructions photo 2, I called Dr Rice after I left her dental office Gladys answer the phone, I asked her to have Dr Rice call me, Either Dr Rice never received the message and isn’t aware what type of employee (Gladys) is she has working in her office or Dr Rice condone employees like Gladys, I’m posting negative reviews in every place I can find about this dentist, this office and this employee Lying Gladys,

I will not give the city or state of the office I transferred from, but the Wichita Falls in Texas were very kind and professional, and welcomed me as a new patcient. They saw the problems I was having with my dentures. They started right away to help me to get the right fit. Thank you all at the Wichita Falls Office for all your kindness, understanding and caring you all have shown me. God Bless you all.

Went an got a tooth pulled today. A little pricey for 185 a tooth. But it's gonna be like that. Worth every dime. They know what there doing

Don't go there, the staff is rude. The woman at the front desk needs to go, they can't change the care about the patient.

They all were very professional and knew what they were doing. They walked me thru the process and all were very nice.

I have only good things to say about my visit.they're friendly and there was no time wasted with nonsense. I was in and out with no discomfort. I was laid back and relaxed as they nonchalantly worked Magic and did what I needed done.they were finished before I knew it. That was by far the best visit to the dentist I've ever had. Keep up the excellent work thank you very much

Staff was great & very knowledgeable. Made me feel completely comfortable. Great quality for the price as well.
