Affordable Dentures & Implants, Humble TX

I had a 2: 30 appointment for consultation. Was told to come in at 2: 15 to do paperwork. It’s currently 4pm and I’m still waiting. I understand dentist can get behind but I could have been waiting at home instead of sitting here in this cold office. A simple call to either reschedule me or have me come at a later time would have been appropriate. This is very inconsiderate of the customers time. Y’all even sent me a reminder to come early and wasn’t even ready. I altered my day to make time for this appointment but obviously my time isn’t valuable

They will wear you out driving back and forth trying to get things right. They are belligerent about doing a terrible job.

Dr. Esparza is an awesome dentist and a great person.who would ever associate a dentist visit for tooth extraction with the word fun? That is how all my visits to Affordable Dentures and Implants have been. He also has a great staff! Keep up the good work ladies!

I would refer this location to anyone looking for dental care. I am so happy I chose this location from the one on the Northwest Freeway, after my consultation and many many phone calls unreturned I feel like the humble location was truly heaven sent, and I thank you guys on the Northwest Freeway for not answering my calls, I do believe in devine intervention and this event exhibited that at the most high! Thank you Dr. Esparza, Leslie and the rest of the staff, you guys are awesome!

I had my extractions this morning & implant surgery. I have always gotten my extractions done by the same oral surgeon & have had negative experiences with other dentists not being able to get me numb or get my teeth out at all or in a timely manner. For this reason, I was somewhat apprehensive. But Dr. Esparza was absolutely wonderful. With his gentle demeanor, calming bedside manner, his ability to make you laugh & feel at ease while drilling in your mouth is wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with him. Initially I was told that I would have to be sedated which made me nervous. Dr. Esparza informed me that I didn't have to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. He told me everything he would do beforehand so that I knew what to expect. I had to get up & use the restroom several times during the procedure but it was never a bother & was told it was "no problem" which made me feel comfortable. Leslie answered all my questions on my first two visits, on the phone a couple of times & assisted in the surgery, the day of. I go back for my post-op in the morning & I look forward to getting used to my dentures.
