Very upset with how they handle business. 4 of my dogs had been going to affordable pet care, and now that they have changed to a bigger operation, they gone done hill. Left me in my car with pet over 2 hours, not taking pictures of my dogs tumor. Every time I come in, they have no clue why on there.
Lost my business!

Great Vet with always great service. They explain through the needs for you pet and potential costs as well. Great with our fur baby especially being a Shiba Inu.

Awesome Vets! Dr Jensen is the greatest Avian and Exotics vet, but also great with our puppy. They have Saturday hours (until noon or early afternoon-I can't remember what time) and it's pretty easy to get in. Compared to many veterinary practices, their prices are very good and they don't force a bunch of unnecessary stuff on you. They give you all of the options and let you decide the level of care. I can't say enough good about Dr Jensen and his care of our 2 large macaws!

Very friendly and attentive. They called me several times after y dog's surgery to check up on him. The doctor answered all my questions with care and carefully listened to my concerns.

I have been taking all of my animal babies to him for many many years! He is the most caring person and Vet that I have ever used since I moved here 30 years ago! I highly recommend him and his clinic, to include the staff.

This is the best vet in town! Scheduling is easy, wait time is generally minimal, and the staff are sweet and always helpful. They are very patient with my large dog that shows fear-based aggression from time to time. I'm so glad a friend referred me here as I didn't have full confidence or trust in my previous vet. The only downside is trying to reach them by phone. It usually takes several tries to reach someone because the phone is often busy.

Friendly staff, appt on time but felt like took longer than should have to get items purchased and leave.

They saw my cat and it was affordable considering how much it was the last time I went to the emergency room one. I did have a little trouble calling them though.

The staff here are kind, friendly and patient. They took the time to explain everything and provided information about the pricing and services. They have treated my dogs with care and compassion.

The name of this place says it all! Exceptionally friendly staff for both me and my dog, as well as very reasonable prices!
