Affordable Pet Clinic Katy

Only good thing about this place is that it is relatively affordable. However, they do not respect appointment times. I made an appointment at 9 am and I have been waiting an hour just to be seen by the vet. This is not the first time this has happened. Why have appointments just to be waiting anyways? Or at least prioritize appointments over walk ins! Sorry I don’t have hours to waste just for a simple vaccine boost, not even a full check up. Something that takes 5-10 minutes is taking me over two hours.

I wish I can give this place no stars. Over phone I ask of this vet was bulldog friendly. Meaning you are knowledgeable about bulldogs and their illnesses. I was told yes by the receptionist. Great let me bring my bulldog to the vet They are not knowledgeable. X-rays show they found bladder stones. Affordable said Bam Bam needs surgery. Unfortunately they don't want to do. But I thought they was bulldog friendly. RIGHT. So they charge me $300+ for the examination and some antibiotics. I needed a referral from Affordable to take him to another vet. Meaning they would get his records and x-rays and then I would schedule an appointment. December 22nd 2022. It's now January 2nd 2023. They lady that made my referral is not there. Why would I care about her absence. I didn't pay her I paid Affordable pet clinic. Bad part is before I left the vet I ask twice about the referral. I was assured it will be done that day December 22nd. No apology given, just excuses. Thankyou for showing me who Affordable really is.

My first time here and won’t be coming back. The doctor did not do a complete exam yet he circled “normal” on all the areas of my dog’s health he was supposed to check. I asked him to check my dog’s mouth to check on his oral health and he brushed me off and did not do it. He was in and out in a matter of minutes and did not have any genuine care for my dog. He just advised the vet tech to load up my invoice with unnecessary medications that promptly had her remove. In my experience during a sick visit and/or routine check up the vet, vet tech, animal and animal owner are in the SAME room when all services are rendered. But not this clinic, the doctor was attending to the many other patients here since they seem to over-schedule people for the same appointment times. The vet tech took my baby out of the room to administer his shots and other services. My concern with that is #1 my dog is anxious at vets and having me in the room keeps him calm. #2 How do I even know the services are actually are being done? Lesson learned

I have been bringing my pet here for years and I’m always happy and satisfied! They really care about their patients!

This clinic helped me to get the vaccines and the cert for my furry baby to be able to get on a international flight, they where very professional and helpful, it was my first time here and definitely I would trust them with the rest of my furry babies in case they'll need it.

I made an appointment and didn't have to wait very long. Was great because they were more than half the price as my usual vet.

This place is definitely gonna be my permanent clinic for my puppy, Lucy. The front desk ladies were nice and helpful. Ny puppy had needed her shots, they called us and took us into a room. The man who observed our puppy was nice and he answered our questions. When the lady came in to take our dog for the shots, she was nice and playful with not only us but our puppy. She explained the price, what they're gonna do, etc. Love this place, def take your pets here.

An amazing and personalized experience every time I come. They treated my kitten Whiskey with his broken leg and then again to get him neutered. I highly recommend this establishment. Staff is friendly and the office is clean.

Lower cost blood test compared to others and results that same date versus waiting a day or two. Good treatment and recommendations by vet. Techs are very helpful in explaining what they are doing and providing instructions on at home steps to follow.

Great vet and great vet techs! They were very fast with us and we were a walk in too! They were super kind to my dog and did a all around good job with her.

Fast service!
Everybody was fairly nice and prices were fair.
$20 for the visit and most vaccines were $15.
I wish they had toys and food available to buy but it’s okay. I’ll come back either way.

Great staff super affordable & they actually care about your pet! Moved in the katy area a year ago since then been taking my 2 dogs there for vaccines & medical needs.

The staff here was sooo friendly and accommodating. They helped me take care of my dog who is dog aggressive. It was a peaceful and safe experience for my baby and I. I highly recommend giving this place a try for your pets.
