Affordacare Urgent Care Clinic, Big Spring TX

From the initial call to Affordacare, Sydney at the front desk was welcoming, and very professional.she set me up with all the link to fill out the necessary forms from home and the appointment time therefore waiting was not at all bad for me they expected me at 11: 20 I was in by 11: 30.

The medical assistant (I did not get her name) she was very pleasant and made me feel at ease she explained everything she was going to do and delivered the test without question.
Dr Roberts was nice he gave me the information my options and respected my wishes.
5 stars for all aspects of care, I will definitely be recommending affordacare to my friends family and coworkers!

The visit was very pleasant were I was given attention from the second I walked through the door until I left in which exceeded my expectations

It’s a pretty long wait, but they try to be as quick as they can, they are very efficient and friendly and kind.

Staff was awesome and took time to explain symptoms, performed tests to rule out culprits before writing prescription.

Only issue was the wait which was 11/2 hrs but they were busy. Staff very nice. Really liked the nurse that did my vitals & gave me shots! Very professional & nice!

The staff were engaging, welcoming, and professional. From reception, to the Provider, they all eased my tension and made the visit a pleasant experience.

I love that the dr listen to me and was not in a huge hurry, looked at me like a human (even with tons of snot) and was kind from beginning to end!

Went about 10 minutes before closing because I just got off work on a Friday. Needed to be seen for UTI. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

I really felt like they cared and even tho I was in a lot of pain, they were gentle and understanding! They even had me laughing before I left! Superior service and empathy!

Being from out of town I really didn’t want to seek medical advice but my wife was persistent. From the moment we walked into the facility the people there were very friendly and professional.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable! I even got an injection and never felt it. Normal doctor visits are dreadful. From the doctors to nurses to staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone whom doesn’t like to go to visits!

Very nice staff (everyone) during my visit. Didn't wait a long time at all and overall provided best care in my opinion.
