Affordacare Urgent Care Clinic, Stephenville TX

Updating my review, the service and ease of visiting has been amazing lately, i feel much more confident going to affordacare stephenville for medical needs.

I think the doctors are good, but the wait time to get into a room is horrible as well as how long it takes to get looked at by a doctor. Everytime I go it takes at least a minimum of 2 hours even with appointment.

Very positive experience for kiddo that felt awful. Nurse and doctor were both very kind and respectful. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is absolutely wonderful and so friendly! They are wonderful with my son and answer every question we have. Highly recommend!

Friendly and quick. If I can’t make my regular physician, I appreciate having this option.

H. Patterson PA-C was on top of her game. She had good bedside manners and even joked around. She took care of my needs and answered all questions. Even went above and beyond to make sure I had the paperwork, printed it offline, filled it out and wrote a prescription to make sure I would get my temporary handicap placard. She explained things to my wife to where we could all understand. I give her 5 stars

We did not have to wait long to be seen. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I would recommend Affordacare to anyone needing medical care.

The front desk was very prompt and helpful. After a short wait - the nurse, x ray tech, and PA Hannah were very thorough and professional and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. For having to get stitches, these ladies made this a pleasant visit!

Checking in online makes the appointment smooth and fast. They are always friendly and knowledgeable.

They were open on July 4th! The online registration was easy… and so I didn’t have to do the clipboard in the waiting room.
All the staff were friendly and very helpful.
Nobody made me feel guilty that they were working on a holiday!
The PA was friendly and concise with her diagnosis… just the right amount of jibber-jabber.
The Nurse was even able to look up my prescription plan coverage to make sure the medication was covered and in stock at my pharmacy!
So…if you ever get Pink Eye on the 4th of July here in my little town… THIS is the place to go!

Made an appointment online, got there on time, waited 10 minutes. Out in 25 minutes. Went to pharmacy and was done with everything in less than an hour. Staff and Dr were courteous and explained everything well. In the path to wellness, thanks to Afordacare!

Always pleasant to work with and usually faster than getting to a Primary Care doctor for illness.
