After our accident, my wife and I felt a bit lost since we haven't had to claim anything like this before and the process was completely new to us. The claims rep that was assigned to our case did a fantastic job of being responsive and explaining the process and the next steps we need to take along the way which has helped put our minds at ease. She was able to work with us in a timely manner to receive a fair payment for our totaled vehicle. She was very knowledgably and was able to answer all of my questions along the way. I am extremely impressed with both the claims rep and Ag Workers after having gone through this process. I hope to never have to go through this process again but at least now I know I have a reputable insurance company to help our family when needed.

Have been using Agworkers for years. Have always been helped by Oanh Heath and she’s always made it very straightforward and easy.

This company used to be great but are pretty awful now. They no longer issue yearly dividends to their policy holders and have raised rates significantly in the past 12 months.

I found better rates and protections at both Geico & Progressive and am switching on Dec 1st.

My experience with this car insurance company was exceptional, and I can't say enough good things about working with Oanh. From the moment I reached out, Oanh provided outstanding service. For the first time, I used the text option to add a vehicle to our insurance coverage. The process was great and Oanh made it so easy through her interaction through texts.

I have been a customer for close to 20 years with this company and never filed a claim, just received my bill for a policy renewal. They went up 43%. I went online to get a quote from progressive and geico which were both within $100 of each other and it was $1100 a year cheaper for more insurance. I raised the liability coverage and lowered deductible. I called to question what was up and was told they just had to raise their rates because of the hail this year. Told them about being too high and was just told "I won't argue with you". Never checked to see if something was wrong or not or if they could do anything about it. Very sad way to be done by a company that you have been with for a long time.

Purchased a new car and was able to secure insurance prior to driving off the lot - with minimal effort and time invested. Oanh was polite, expedient and professional.

Excellent customer service. Was able to easily make changes to my existing auto insurance policy and coverage was updated with new insurance cards within 30 mins. Service was prompt and professional!
