I was disappointed with the lack of care shown from Mike. My mother is 92 and he refused to work with her unless she came in to see him in person. He did finally talk to me on the phone after I asked if he was trying to rush me off the phone but when I called back he said he had already spoken to me and he had other clients. My mother can't see and she can barely walk. I asked if he could come to her house or out to the car if I drove her over he said no. He said she should just stick with what she has which was costing her 700 dollars a month. He talked fast and uncaring and did the same to my sister when she called with questions. Since then a lady from another location has visited with my mother in person, answered all her questions and told her to contact her any time. She was very understanding and knowledgeable: left personal contact for any future questions. I will not be using Mike nor will my mother, sister and coworker from TTU who was asking about this place. Disappointed.
