Technicians are very rude and hostile. No solutions to problem after MONTHS of the existing problem. Never a consistent answer. Worst customer service experience EVER.

I had one of my HVAC unit not working, Called AGES, They sent a technician who did not tell me upfront what exactly the problem was. First he told me that Capacitor was not working, then he told me some switch not working, made me pay $1,030 upfront and then finally told me the mother board not working and sent me a quote for $2,500. So basically, they were telling me that it would cost me $3,500 to get the AC fixed. They never fixed the issue. Technician was very rude. I called their office and no one called me back or provided me a detailed invoice.
I called another HVAC company, they came, diagnosed the issue and fixed everything in 3 hours and charged me $330. (parts and Labor)
I would warn/ advise everyone not to use this company. They are nothing but fraudulent company. They will rip you off.
