Aggieland Vacation Rentals, College Station TX

Stayed at the Home on the range cabin, absolutely fell in love there. Quiet and cozy. Owners welcomed us with a box of donuts, their hospitality was so welcoming. Our 2 younger children fell in love watching the buffalo and playing soccer in their spacious yard.

Our family of 8 (including 2 tiny tots) stayed at the Parkview Cottage in Bryan, TX for a full week. It's a beautiful house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. All of the appliances worked, the backyard is a great place for a cookout, and we enjoyed some good family time. The beds (king, queen and 2 daybeds/twins) were accommodating, but may need an upgrade. The hosting company was very easy to work with.

As owner and operator I strive to find the best employees to serve our owners and customers. Employees that genuinely care about the properties and our customer service.

Pulling into the driveway of the River house you are greeted with a beautiful field few. Wonderfully painted rocks are neatly positioned on the side of the steps, leading to the front porch. A good majority of our needs were provided along with medicines and extra sheets if needed. Our family loved the board games and the variety of movies that were provided. During a cold night a warm fire was just what we needed. Thank you Aggie land rentals for a great family experience.

I have stayed at Whispering Winds several times and enjoyed it so so much. Everything you need is provided except food and drinks of course. It's such a cozy, clean and peaceful home with the Colorado River right there. I have done some fishing, tubing and tried my hand at Kyacking and totally enjoyed the scenic riverbanks. It's my go to place for getting away to enjoy nature and some peace and quiet. I also enjoy visiting the town of Smithville that's right down the road with it's boutiques and art stores. It's a perfect get away.

The staff at AVR are very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. They have a large selection of rental properties to fit every budgetand need. I highly recommend them to any one needing a short term rental.

Our stay at Whispering Winds in Smithville was absolutely amazing! We had a small graduation party for my youngest daughter! We enjoyed the river, the homemade slip and slide down the hill, the house was perfect and stocked with everything you need! Such a great place and friendly host! We have stayed at Whispering Winds several times and each time I leave, I leave with wonderful memories! We floated down the river, we shopped in towns close by, also enjoyed the restaurants! It’s the coolest house with a beautiful setting! Love hanging outside especially with the fire pit! It’s a great getaway from city life, family trip or for us a girl trip! I look forward to going again in the future!

I have been staying at properties managed by Aggieland Vacation Rentals for 2 years! Retreat at Waterwood, Maroon Tap and Gateway Getaway were the properties we stayed in. From day 1, the staff was very responsive, efficient and accommodating! They take pride in each of the rentals and this was evident throughout my stays. Rental contract is clear and concise and if there were any questions I was able to call and get an immediate response. Beautiful views, very clean, and spacious! The river access is great to use, and plenty of space for kids to run around! Will be going back!

We have staying at the College Station property every year for the last 3 years and have always found the owners to go above and beyond to make us feel at home! The property is comfortable, quaint and quiet. My girls love to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect- a country setting close to town! We stayed at Blue Ridge Hideaway and what a great "Hideaway" it is.it's a beautiful setting with a gorgeous pool! We enjoyed using the pool during our downtime, it was so refreshing! We met the seller's father, so delightful! The accomodations were lacking nothing, clean, cool and well equiped. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at one of their properties for our last semester at Texas A&M and it was awesome! The house was great and furnished well, renting long-term was affordable, and anytime an issue popped up they were quick to fix it. Outstanding service!

The Whispering Winds on the River property is great! It was clean, and had everything we needed for a family get together. Staff was responsive, and friendly. The backyard is amazing, especially if kids are part of your group. We will be coming back when the weather is a little sunnier!

We stayed at the Lucky B ranch (Home on the Range) for a getaway weekend during COVID. Everything was wonderful! The place was very clean and the outdoor areas were amazing! Having coffee or a glass of wine on the porch was wonderful! The owners were extremely nice and very accommodating. My husband is from Bryan and we even used the pavilion on the property to social distance with his cousin for a wonderful visit! Overall we would highly recommend!
