Service is horrible was standing in line for ten minutes straight and the ladies ignored me and didn’t take my order, i went to fillis next door instead because their service is so much better
The waiter was very mean. I ordered 20 minutes before picking up my order and he said I came very late. He also got my order wrong.
Regular Faluda is an unbelievable taste, Uncle is funny, great service. I always go there for faluda since 8 years.
Have been visiting every year (bar 2 years of COVID) since 2013. If you miss Karachi and if you like similar tasting gola Ganda, falooda etc then no better place in the US then this.
Service is getting worse day by day. Tables and floors are always dirty, nobody cares to clean them after customers are gone. Unhygienic tables are filled with used paper towels and left over juices and faloodas. Juices and faloodas are certainly over priced compared to the taste and many of their food items can be ordered here but you’ll have to pick it up from next door store. Lots of hassle!
Extremely rude staff. Boy working alone and then the owner was so rude and started cursing at people. Never coming again.
I ordered the mint lemonade and it tasted spoiled and had a terrible after taste. I brought this up to the owner and he gave me a lecture about his 17 year old recipe and product and refused to offer any exchange or refund. Just overall poor customer service and egotistical mindset alongside a bad product. Would not recommend at all.
Big Mexican lady tried to pocket my cash and just give me a order number then I asked for receipt and she was mad. The quality of food is awesome as always.
The Lahori shake is one of the best I’ve had. And the service there is one of the worst I’ve had.
They don’t accept card.
They don’t take orders over the phone.
And are constantly rude to the customers. I think they have established their customer base so now don’t care about providing good service.
The old man (the owner) is so rude and has no manners. He has 1 child working alone managing a whole restaurant. Someone needs to teach him how to run a restaurant.
The food is excellent bbq platter shinwari karahai and faloda kulfi and our server name ayan gave us excellent customer service thanks ayan
This place is so much fun.
We had two types of falooda, one with so the modem trimmings (jelly, ice cream etc.), the other is more authentic falooda recipe. The Rabri Delight has really authentic taste - which I remembered from back in the day in Lahore and Kasur.
Highly recommend this place for fun meet ups with friends over drinks and snacks.
Being the first golaganda spot in Houston, it still holds up as the og spot for malai kulfi, falooda, and golaganda…
If you’re going for something diff, then maybe this spots not the go to. Go for the desi juices and desserts.etc.
