Agua Dental, Brownsville TX

I love this place! There is great customer service and the staff is always very attentive. Especially now, they have been awesome in taking the precautions needed for our safety!

This was my first visit. I'm an adult, and had a great experience at Agua Dental. The office staff was professional and called me in right on time for my appointment. Dr. Jacob was friendly and did a great job of explaining things in an easy to understand way. I'll definitely be back for another visit.

The place looks NICE.they have such amazing models of whales and turtles on the ceiling. They offer great customer service to all. Always so attentive even when I did a walk-in appointment. Highly recommend.

Very respectful environment, the staff is hard working, professional and follow the COVID-19 safety guidelines along with being very friendly. Definitely recommend any parents to bring their kids to this wonderful place for their dental checkups

This dentist is amazing! I never felt more comfortable and great going to any other dentist offices but there, they make you feel at home! They do amazing work and are always so polite!

My kids look forward to their dental visits here at Agua Dental in Brownsville. We love the play area with slide and theater and the toys they give at the end of the visit!

I was very impressed with Aqua Dental! It looks amazing and the kids were happily entertained with games and toys and complimentary pizza while several parents were able to kickback a bit and relax. It was a very relaxing visit and the staff were very friendly and respectful. Dr. Jacob was amazing too! He was very informative and attentive to my needs and explained everything he was doing and seeing during my dental check-up. At the end the ladies will treat you to a small gift which is a very neat incentive. Once I had left I was already looking forward to my next check-up. I’ll definitely be moving my baby from Rodeo to Aqua. The quality is a thousand times better.

Extremely friendly staff! Shout out to our dental assistant Karen for being extra patient & friendly with my children. As always highly satisfied with the staff which is always the face of any business and ofcourse with the dentist himself. Highly recommend and the children get to go home with tons of prizes.

Had the most wonderful experience today. My three children loved the child friendly ambiance, and i liked the staffs amiability, proficiency and expertise. Their attention to the goodie bags (electric tooth brush, floss, hand sanitizer, school supplies, plush toys and a fidget spinner) is awestricking. My children loved the Bluetooth light up fidget spinners.and they enjoy listening to their favorite tunes as they play. Thank u for making their experience unforgettable.

Great place to be children have there playground an a mine movie theater. Employees are good always with a smile and try to help with ur nets

Extermly unsatisfied with todays visit it took you all took an hour and 40 mins to call us in for one of kids to have x-rax and exam and the other just an exam while everyone else who has two or more kids took less than an hour. You all just lost two paients for good

I would recommend Agua Dental to parents and children because of several reasons one of the reasons are they have a playground, they have a movie theater for children, they have games, they have a small section for baby entertainment, they are always making sure people feel welcome and comfortable by giving their guests pizza's and bottled water, and they are always greeting people and doctors are great, they give kids toys or gifts after they are done, and they got Tv's at the room while they are being attended, everything is always clean, it is awesome their

They have a lot of gadgets to keep kids entertained for the quick wait. Fast and friendly service. The kids get a goody bag at the end of their visit. We will definitely be going back.
