Love the Fort Worth location.however walking in the last few times Iv noticed the lobby is becoming little trashy and the receptionist desk for some reason they keep the lights off and it just not very welcome feeling when you walk in.i wish they could clean up the lobby and turn the lights on and bring back the welcome feeling it use to have.

Used to be a good place. Granted, they have provided some appreciated help. I made a return to them when i felt i had no where else to go. But, i quickly noticed a change that was not for the better. Sure, they will run a gambit of unnecessary labs and swabs as long as you have some form of insurance that they can milk. In fact, they may make a valiant effort to find you some insurance.for this reason. Just don't have a real health concern or ask too many questions or become their little annoyance. They will abandon you. When calling, expect to be greeted with voicemails and prompts to more voicemails. Leaving messages to get questions answered or make inquiries will not work. No one returns the message. Was frankly ghosted. Maybe they are overwhelmed, funding is cut, or simply its a bad day. But, that's just an excuse. Its a place with high turnover for many reasons and i expect in a year or two they will have another set of fresh faces making the same mistakes. Doctors
and nurses come and go. Front office staff, come and go. That's been the norn. As for the pharmacy, well, it seems completely independent of them and to compare the two would be like comparing night and day.

I’ve been coming here since 2018 when I moved to TX. I desperately wish I had an alternative option. I’ve bit my tongue not writing a review over this period of time with the hopes of things getting better. This place is a joke. From the high turn over, to no one returning calls, to lost emails, to no followups on recertification for RW, to the long personal calls employees are making while you are waiting. Not to mention how unsterile and rundown the facility feels. I mean it’s literally what this place is meant for and the people are the most incompetent, especially Celia. I had high hopes for awhile when they seemed to get better people for a couple months but that seemed to be a blip. Honestly, how some of these people still have their job after all of this time is beyond me. TX is bottom of the barrel when it comes to healthcare as a whole and this place is a shining example of that.

Hard to get calls back or to get a referral to a specialist. You have to bug them to get things done.

I have had my issues with this place over the years. The high turnover rate of doctors and staff is pretty high. The phlebotomist and Celia have been the longest standing employees I have observed. Realizing I had to take a step back and ask my doctor how HER day is and how SHE is doing, I discovered that Life is a two-way street. I know this place has good intentions of giving the care needed to patients. As far as the pharmacy, they have been PHENOMENAL! They give me a call when my refill date approaches and send it to me via FedEx, all over the phone. The AHF phone service is automated and sucks when you need to speak to a human. But over all, I am thankful for the care they give me.
