Been with this company for two years and walked in today to pay my bill. I was late one day and was told that I have to start a whole new insurance policy with an increased payment (not late fees) because they don't take payments? The most absurd thing I've heard. Doesn't care about their customers and are very shady. Please avoid this location. They are scammers. Doesn't take payments ha. Like what? !? ! But would've taken the increased amount.
