Ai United Insurance, Jacksonville TX

David has always been my go to insurer at ai United insurance. He never misses a beat and keeps me up to date on all of my policies. As far as insurance goes, I never want to be left vulnerable and I always feel assured that I’m genuinely taken care of. I would and do recommend him to those looking to switch or start a new plan!

I got auto insurance over the phone for $89. When I went in to the office, it changed to $139. The next month I went in to pay and it changed to $240. I canceled the policy and was going to get a refund for $158. I specifically told them the address to send the refund to 4 times. Turns out they put the wrong address. They'll take your money with no problem, but if you get a refund, they'll keep lying to you about where they sent it. This office will scam you out of your money any way they can. AI insurance is not affiliated with the Better Business Bureau. Beware!
