My AC went out at 9pm, and an AIM tech was at my house by 11am the following day. Sesar was thorough and efficient, diagnosed the issue almost immediately and completed the repair in 20 minutes. He also checked a few extra things, shared maintenance tips, and was super friendly and a real pro. I wholeheartedly recommend AIM Services!

Around bedtime on a Friday night in early June, I discovered that my AC had gone out. I woke up early Saturday and called several companies. AIM was the first to return my call. They were understanding and placed me on the same-day schedule. The technician, Kenny, arrived sooner than expected, and was professional, kind, and courteous. My AC was fixed before 11 am and at a fair price. I was thoroughly impressed by the superior customer service of AIM during what was a stressful moment for me. I cannot thank them enough and I will sing their praises to anyone in need of AC or heating services.

A quick shout out to Kevin and everyone at AIM who did an outstanding job of diagnosing and replacing equipment that had caused a long term issue with our business HVAC system. We were dreading another hot summer with no solid answers on how to get our system on point. Kevin came in and identified the design flaw, ordered the necessary parts and insulation and came in at budget as promised. We couldn't recommend AIM and Kevin any higher. Honest. Reliable. Quality.

My ac unit wasn't cooling and the company that came to my house told me I needed a complete new ac system. My system is only 4 years old. I called AIM, Kenny came over and told me the problem. I set an appointment with AIM, two days later, Jordan and James came over and repaired my system. All of them did an awesome job. They saved me thousands of dollars. We have had a great experience with AIM A/C and Heating Service. They are on time; they text before they come. Their service is comprehensive. The only negative is their air filters are sky high-much higher than purchasing them at the big box store. Their professionals are courteous and treat their customers with respect. They will wear a mask, if requested. At the height of covid, they wore a mask always. They wear foot coverage as not to get floors dirty. They did our new AC/Heater install. We have a yearly service contract with them, which includes one spring visit and one winter visit. We have been happy with AIM A/C and Heating Service.

AIM showed up on time and did a wonderful job for me. After 2 other companies tried to fix it and could not they got it done in only 1 hour. I highly recommend.

We have used AIM to service our central unit each spring & fall for as long as I remember. We credit them for keeping our unit, original to our house, for hanging in there 24 years! That is something in Texas weather. They are friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and efficient. We can't recommend them enough!

We were recommended to use AIM AC a few days ago when our AC went out on July 13th: (They were quick to respond and they even showed up a day earlier than scheduled. The technician Sesar was professional and immediately found the issue and had our system up and running within 30 minutes. I could not be happier with the service and cost. My a/c drain line started leaking thru my ceiling this weekend. I called AIM A/C bright and early Monday morning. They sent a technician (Jesse) right out. What prompt service! This was my second time using AIM and on my previous a/c issue they came out promptly! Office staff, I believe her name was Rachel, was very courteous and the technician Jesse was outstanding. He has a gentle sweet spirit and was very knowledgeable. Thanks AIM!

We've had AIM install both the AC systems we've had to purchase over the past 30 years in our house. The first we purchased when we increased the size of the house with an addition and the second was because the first unit had outlived its lifetime. Both times the price for the units was very reasonable and the service was top-notch. I always recommend AIM to anyone in need of a service call, or a new AC system. We love these folks!

We have used AIM for 22 years. They did the initial installation of our units and have maintained them since then. Their work has always been extremely good and have never had to have them come back for the same repair. Their staff is very accommodating and their technicians great.

I have been using them for 9 years. My heat pump system is probably older than dirt, but they always get back up and running.
They are always here at the time they say they will be and more often than not are a little early (which is great - I've never been late getting to work).
