Even when double booked Carlos was amazing and walked me through the issue I had over the phone. Was able to fix it in a ten minute phone call thanks to his help. Truly an amazing professional and he's earned a repeat customer hands down.

This company was very responsive however we were charged $280 to replace a thermostat. The thermostat they replaced ours with is $28. They were at the house approximately 30 min and we were charged the $105 service call plus $175 which I personally think was an unreasonable price for the work performed.

I called the number on the website. You can't talk to anyone, you have to leave a text message. I let them know I needed a new furnace. They replied that they could help me. I replied with my address and never heard back from them again. I sent multiple texts over two weeks, with no reply. Finally, I thanked them for their help and told them to keep an eye out for my review. I INSTANTLY got a response, but at this point, I don't trust them anymore.

We had a problem with our air conditioning unit. I had another company out to fix the problem initially. They diagnosed the problem incorrectly and their suggested solution (new thermostat) not only did not correct the but cost me $149 for something I did not need. I called Air Comfort Systems and their technician Oscar was able to diagnose the actual problem and make the appropriate repairs. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

My AC was turning off every once and a while because of the water drainage pipe getting clogged triggering the problem. So I called this company, and they came and supposedly fixed it. A month later the same thing happened so I called someone from Thumbtrack (Sergio from Airforce) and he came in and actually unclogged the system using a vacuum and confirmed that it was clean by pouring gallons of water through it to confirm that it was unclogged and clean - all of which was never done by Air Comfort. The pic below shows what Sergio managed to get out which proves the low quality done by Air Comfort.
Edit: I called the after hour number and left a voicemail, and sent several texts without any response which is why I ended up calling someone else!

My AC unit was short cycling - I received a quote over $1500 from another company to fix what they believed to be the issue. I called Air Comfort Systems to get a second opinion - and I'm very happy that I did! Carlos came out the next day and found a minor (and inexpensive) issue with the unit and fixed it right away. Two weeks later and it's still working great! Highly recommend!

Air comfort systems is awesome. Yesterday AC quit cooling. Called a company we use who could not get out for a few days. My wife has to have her AC. So I called Carlos at air comfort who we have used in the past with great results. Carlos had Oscar out within an hour. Oscar was very professional and thorough. He went through all steps to check all components. He assessed the issue and had our Ac back cooling in no time. Oscar is awesome. They are a top notch company who provide great customer service, with quality work and all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Air comfort systems!

Same day appt, arrived in time and wasted no time. Identified the issue in less then 10 minutes, replaced part and cleaned up in a very timely manner. Very courteous and professional and explained the issue thoroughly! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Carlos saved the day! I called Carlos at 2PM on a Friday with an AC that was acting up. He came out within the hour, assessed the issue, and fixed the issue within 2 hours of my call (with the help of Oscar and Julian!). Not only that, the entire team was extremely kind and helpful. I look forward to using Air Comfort Systems for all future HVAC needs.

Carlos and his team were awesome - they installed both of our HVAC systems and we're very pleased. A+ service and installation!

Carlos came out today within a couple hours of me calling because my air system wasn’t working. He quickly found the issue, fixed it, and made recommendations to help me make sure it doesn’t happen again. Appreciate the fast response and friendly service. Will call them again if needed.
