In 2014 central air was installed before I purchased my house and in 2019 central air was installed and back in August of this year 2023 my central air went out again which makes this the third time our central air would have to be changed again my wife and I reached out to. Air Rey-Houston and we got set up with a appointment with Omar, Omar came to our house and looked at everything and checked everything and then sat down with my wife and myself and explained how everything was not installed correctly with the unit we had also explained to what needed to get done along with the changes that needed to be made. 2 weeks ago Omar got us taken care of and made we were satisfied 100% with each step that took place with removing all the duct and unit I am very comfortable, happy and satisfied with the new furnace and 4-ton outside unit I highly recommend Air Rey-Houston for central air repairs or replacement. You can see in the picture we had to much duct for the other furnace and the duct was to big in diameter and full of tape and caulking.

All good, very satisfied. All doubts clarified and the system working very well. Thank you so much.

I had an AC unit installed back in June 2023. My husband just passed away leaving me a single mother of 3 children. Being a single mother makes me an easy target to get taken advantage of by companies like this one.

I was in dire need of an AC unit and this company was recommended to me by word of mouth so I called them to schedule an appointment for the installation. I was notified that a crew was going to stop by in the morning but being a single mother I work 24/7 so I was not going to be able to stay home and supervise the installation. Crew member notified me that everything was going to be worked on from outside and they would not have to enter the house. I live in a trailer that had just been remodeled inside and out. Crew did not call me to notify that they would be removing and demolishing all the insulation that had been previously installed when we remodeled. After the installation was done crew called me to let me know everything went well and it’s ready to go as a professional company they claim to be I confided in them and left it at that.

Fast forward to September 2023 I had someone come do maintenance for skirting that needed to be replaced only to come find out the HUGE DISASTROUS MESS that awaited me. I was in complete utter shock and disbelief of how bad the destruction was. I immediately called them to let them know of the situation but was only met with disappointment.

It was a lot of back and fourth and empty promises. I kept calling MULTIPLE TIMES asking how could this be resolved and it was always the same thing we’ll have someone come out there to check it out and nothing. After calling so many times they finally let me know they would be sending someone out here to check it out. LIES! No one ever showed up just felt stupid waiting around missing a day of work just to be lied to.

Eventually we came to an agreement that they would pay for the expenses of all the materials needed to cover the damages and mess left behind. The estimated total to replace all damages was about $1.5k minus the labor. 1st they told me a check would be coming in the mail, waited about 2 weeks nothing. CALLED AGAIN, this time I was told someone would be stopping by to deliver the check in person. ONCE AGAIN missed another day of work just to feel stupid all over again just for another no call no show.

This company only cares about one thing and that is your money. They’ll be all nice to you in the beginning to get you into their scheme and once they get your money they forget about you. Please do not waste your time on this company. Air Rey is not worth the stress, carelessness and flat out nonexistent customer service. Till this day they have not contacted me to apologize or given me an actual resolution. Attached are the pictures of all the damages and mess I had to deal with because of their incompetence and lack of communication.

Also the auto response they send out whenever they receive a bad review just shows their lack of genuine customer service and empathy.

Bad experience with a job done in my house. The supervisor supposed to call me back never did. I tried to call and the personal in the office don't answer my call and they hang up on me.

My experience is that they do not answer the phone, my mother-in-law calls them and they do not answer to ask them to replace the heater motor, they told her it was the motor and they want to charge her $500 to do the work when the entire unit has been used for two years and is in warranty

On July of 2023 company installed a new air conditioning unit, due to an installation error one of my rooms is always hot. I have reported the problem multiple times and company just sends a technician to review my unit, but never takes action to correct the problem. In addition, I have requested the paperwork to complete my warranty documentation, company insisted on completing the documents on their end (not a very common practice), but they not only have not provided a copy of the document but I am afraid this is not being done. I have been very patient with the company, and this A/C unit represented a significant investment on my end, but this company just cares about getting their money and then they will just forget about you and your unit.

Very good customer service from Mr. FRANK GARVETT, he explained every detail that affected our air equipment and what we really needed to change, also very good job in installing the new equipment.

I've used Air Rey now twice for renovation projects requiring full HVAC system replacement, one full new system and a few system tune ups. Alejandro Parra has been my project manager every time and he has been great to work with, very knowledgeable, answers all my questions, and takes care of all the permitting process. They offer great pricing and I appreciate they meet your schedule which is important for investment properties. I'll keep using them on all my future projects!
