Had no A/C on Sunday evening. Contacted their call center, and confirmed a service call for Monday morning. Technician Arturo arrived at the designated time and within 45 minutes had diagnosed & corrected the problem.

Have used Airco for 17 years (preventative maintence, replacement HVAC system and now repair service). Will not change companies as long as we are living in North Texas. Their work (regardless of the technician they send) has always been exemplary.

I was completely surprised by how professional and polite Micaiah was. He kept me informed of what he was doing and the results of the diagnostics he was doing. I learned so much while he made sure my air conditioner began working again.

Did everything they were supposed to do. Josue was very knowledgeable and friendly. Tech came earlier in the day this time which was good. Also, he let me know about some items that could need attention in the near future. But as always they want you to spend thousands on upgrades and the price they quote for parts they recommend for replacement are highly inflated. For example they recommended a contactor On/Off switch be replaced for $405 well, I found I could buy the exact part online for my unit for $20! Just not ethical if you ask me.

Josh came out today to see why our house was 90°. He was very professional and easy to talk to as well.
We had our HVAC system replaced in 2002 by AirCo and have only used them for maintenance etc. Well, it's about time to do it again. Texas summers! So, now we're discussing how to move forward with that. Paul explained our options in great, easy to understand details. I wouldn't call anyone else. They were great in every aspect from the word go.
For now, at least, our house is cooler and we have a little more time to decide what we're going to do.

We have a membership with AirCo, so when we had a leak, they inspected our problem for no extra charge. Our plumber Tiffany Carter couldn't find the source of our leak, but she did come on time and make helpful recommendations while never pushing any costly solutions on us. We are very grateful for our pleasant experience with her. Joshua Figueroa did a great maintenance job on our air conditioning units, again not pushing any unnecessary costs in us. Highly recommended!
