I would highly recommend this business to anyone! If you are needing any work done you can trust them! James Russell the owner was awesome and very fast at getting my A/C fixed!

James provided great service! He was at our house within 30 minutes of being called and was fast, knowledgeable and was very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again!

Technicians came out and were prepared to get to work! Super polite and professional crew. They were here most of the day and worked steadily throughout. They took out my old HVAC, put in the new, made sure the coils were properly heating/cooling the rooms, AND installed a new thermostat! I am one happy customer:)

I love this company. They are always prompt on making and keeping appointments. Stacey always explains every detail of what services he has preformed and why they needed to be done. All pricing is fair and actually a bargain for the services rendered.
James and Courtney care about their customers and treat them like family. Lora is the best at scheduling appointments and getting someone out to you as quick as possible.

This company is the worst HVAC company in all of Lubbock. The customer service is non-existent. We had an AC unit and furnace installed July 28,2020 totaling $6,400. Once they get your money they don’t care about you. Don’t waste your time calling Aire serve. The “warranty” that they sell you on when you’re looking to buy means nothing, we were 12 days out of warranty and the owner didn’t tell me that I would be charged $86 for having a tech come out to look at my unit. I wasn’t aware of the charge until after the tech performed the temperature test. Which took all of 5 minutes.

A one year old AC and Furnace should not show up on an inspection report as “not functioning properly” the company should have no issues and made it right but instead, the owner Laura, who has attitude problems, doesn’t care to make anything right with her customers who spend their hard earned money on their service. Would never recommend this company. Call someone else.

After contacting Aireserv Laura their dispatcher quickly made an appointment for me which was awesome because my A/C was down. She was courteous and sweet and stayed in constant communication with me on ETA of the Tech coming to my House. A great practice they have is that they send a photo of the Tech coming to your House so you know exactly who to expect. The details in that message let my know that STACEY (I put his name in caps so you guys know who to ask for) was the Tech coming to my House. After STACEY arrived he quickly discovered the issue by being thorough and paying attention to detail. The best compliment I can give him is to call him what he is, a professional. He checked my system to make sure that was it. Educated me on other aspects of my system. I respected his professionalism so much that I even asked for a quote on a new system since mine is on its last leg. I hope Stacey’s Bosses see this review and he gets credit for being highly professional and thorough. I will be using them again when needed and HIGHLY recommend them to EVERYONE especially STACEY. Trust me you will not regret having this professional coming to your House.

Mr. James Russell was our Hero on 6-9-21

The ac unit in our laundry room was down for 2 days the thermostat was at 93 degrees.on those 2 days it was over a 100 degrees outside. A company had previously come out to work on the unit a week or 2 before.an after many attempts to get them to come back and after dealing with a very rude receptionist. A call was made to AIRESERV HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING and Mr. Russell came to see what the problem was, within an hour or 2 you could already feel the difference in the laundry room.he fixed the unit, an no problems since. Now some of you might think it's a laundry room.but we have 3 commercial dryers that once they are kicked on.it gets pretty hot really fast.on top of it already being over 100 degrees outside. I would personally like to thank Mr. Russell he was very professional, polite worked in a timely manner and was very understanding to our situation. Thanks again I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Stacey showed up right on time. I called at midnight and they had someone out at 10 am in the middle of June. No extra charge. Stacey confirmed my suspicions about a busted capacitor and replaced it in under a half an hour. If you need Hvac repair, Aire Serv is the way the to go. Im very cynical toward HVAC reapair people. I have the mindset that i never wanna call a repair person because im convinced that they are just gonna jack up the price with BS charges. No. Not these people, speedy oncall service with a freindly small and a very very VERY fair price. Every step of the way was painless and pleasant if i could give above 5 stars i would.

Stacey came and serviced my unit which was freezing at the time. Not only was he very through on the diagnosis, he explained everything to me with just the right level of detail. He was able to provide services that should have been provided by my previous go to company and get me up and running. Didn't just try to sell me a new unit or dump a bunch of Freon in and leave. Actually fixed the core of the issue. Aire Serv is now my go to. Even signed up for a membership which Stacey offered!

They are always very prompt. When your a/c isn’t working with temps like they are, that’s important! They fix the problem & get the job done quickly! Always a pleasant experience with this company!

Our heating unit went out in November 2020, James came out and replaced the unit. He was quick and professional. We are extremely satisfied with the work we have had done with Air-Serve, and will continue to utilize this locally owned company, and refer all of our friends and family.

I would highly recommend Aire Serv. Stacey is an amazing technician. He knows what he’s doing and explains the process so I knew what he was doing and why. This company is such a blessing! I’m glad I found them! I totally trust their technicians and their company. This is what good ole’ fashioned customer service is all about! I’m a customer for life!

Stacey was the technician that was sent to do our repair. He was wonderful. He told us everything he was going to do step by step. He really knows his stuff. He’s a great guy and hard worker.
