Noel & Arturo were my technicians and did a wonderful job. They spent a couple of hours doing winter prep, assessing my system, and cleaning my furnace.

They gave me a punchlist of what could be done to improve my comfort in my home. Prioritizing the list by Urgent, Not Urgent by needs to addressed in the future, and needs to happen but not now.

Noel also went through what steps I need to do to make the system run better. Highly recommend. No I am not a relative, just a pleased customer.

Noel and Montu did a great job and were extremely helpful. Would definitely have them out again!

Robert Flores with Airserv came out after hours and stayed until midnight troubleshooting and fixing our ac. We’ve always used this company and would recommend them above any other as an honest get the job done that will work with you. A plus job Robert and we thank you for your time and kindness.

Roberto came out for scheduled routine maintenance. He was very thorough with cleaning all components, testing our system and explaining things step by step. He took pictures of what he did and the test results of our system and showed me how to access those items in order to show my husband. He made recommendations of other things that would protect our system for the longest life possible.

Breauna was friendly, courteous, and explained what she were doing. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. Would highly recommend Aireserve.

The response was professional and timely, but the follow-up was poor. The technician stated that a follow-up report with appropriate recommendations would be emailed. No follow-up. No response. Same thing happened to a relative when she used Aire Serv. Paid for the service call, pointed out some issues, sold a maintenance package, but not follow-up information.

Just be prepared as well for a recommendation to swap out a/c units. Seems to be the norm.

We've used Aire Serv for a few years maintaining our older units. Replacement parts were getting expensive so we decided to get new units. The techs checked out everything including the duct work and were able to show us photos of how bad our 30+ year old duct was. Sergio (salesman) gave us quotes on 3 systems (low, medium & higher priced) and gave us the time to decide on what WE wanted. The installation of duct work, compressor and furnace took 4 complete days, but the installation guys were knowledgeable and cleaned the garage every afternoon. Problems encountered during the installation (gas line and some electrical in the way in the attic) were handled smoothly.

They have some great employees who have been with them for years.

I would highly recommend them for all you service needs and new equipment installation.

Technician Noel Barrueta came by today (November 2023 having issues with heater fan) all is working correctly again. Noel is a knowledgeable technician, it's always a pleasure when he comes to work on our equipment.
