They are prompts extremely professional called them at 11: 30 p.m. Someone actually answered the phone and had somebody out the following morning by 9: 00. Couldn't ask for anything better got to my house after it was 95° all night and more had my air conditioning fixed and up and running within 2 hours. I will always use this company they're more than just a comfort company they're my best friends. Thank you

We returned from a weekend trip on a Sunday afternoon to find our AC had stopped. It was 102 degrees outside.
Within an hour Robert McGee was at our house and diagnosed the problem.
By Monday afternoon he had located the part and made the repair.

Highly recommend these guys for maintenance & repair. I switched to them about 4 years ago. They always remind you when you are due for maintenance. Both times I needed them for repair a service tech was out within hours. Techs are very efficient, courteous and on time- give you a run down on status and recommended actions. I like the text message updates when tech is on his way so you know when they will be arriving.

Aire Serv was always on time, professional, and courteous. We were referred by a neighbor since we had justy moved to Texas. Our tech Bob has been awesome in helping us work through and solve the AC issues that we were experiencing in our new home. There was an issue once the new unit was in, but they quickly responded and fixed. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks.

Because of the tornado yesterday, May 23,2023, we had our downstairs A/C unit stop running. I called around 7pm to see if I could get a service personnel out. I got a prompt answer, and they could come out the next day. Mr. Ernest Lopez came to check out why my downstairs A/C was not running. It turns out it was the thermostat that needed replacing. He did a professional and thorough inspection before deciding where the problem was. He installed the Honeywell Thermostat after getting my approval. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgable, and helpful. I have been using this company for over four years, and each time, they have been thorough and professional.
