7Called to ask if they had side shield for glass was told "yes we do" i drove from 20 mins away. To get here at be told they didnt have any in stock nor on the inventory website.
The employees are great. Their computer system is very very slow. And the payment process needs to be revamped. Seems like it could be better streamlined.
After reading other reviews i guess i should have known what i was getting in to. Absolutely rude counter people. Don't waste your money here. I wish i could give it negative stars.
We have had good luck with this Airgas. We get our shild gas' from them and we got a Hypertherm plazma cutter that we lije a lot.
We have used this company for years and have been very good clients for them. We had a billing issue a few weeks ago and there were some charges that were questionable. They had over billed us for years for rentals that we did not have. It was partially our error since we did not notice the overcharge. However when I called the manager, the situation was handled very poorly. We were told that some credit would be applied but it never was. I called on several occasions and could not get a return call from the manager. I was told they would send me a corrected statement, and while waiting for this I was charged late fees. I got a different answer each time I called. I finally just paid the invoice without any credit. I don't have much choice for this service but am looking for an alternative.
Very great service, I have picked up Oxygen and other items for scrapping jobs and always had great service from them.
RUDE.condescending.took my CO2 tank for change out/refill.
Dude says he's gonna charge extra b/c the tank hadn't been recertified/ checked since 1981. Tried to remind him that I got it there a little over a month ago at my last refill. He wanted to argue with me that it was not possible. UM? Yes.
Told him to look up the transaction.
Suddenly, I won't get charged for THEIR tank problem.
Need to find alternative. I work for my money and prefer to spend it where I'm not disrespected.
