7Awful, need to wait 10 minutes to get my invoice after scan. Dude took forever like his getting pay for the minute.
I hate to complain and often dont, but their service today was unacceptable and unprofessional.

This is the second time to go there and both times they didn't have cylinders filled up so I guess I will have to find someplace else to get them
Very unhelpful and judgmental of what your application of products you are purchasing from them will be used for. I'm a thirty-year-old professional glass blower with over 10 years experience in the Industrial welding industry as well always treated like a dumbass good for nothing no nothing not worth anybody's time to help and eventually was told to just leave the store because they didn't have what I needed even though I was holding what I needed in my hand.
Called to inquire about hydrostatic testing and the guy on the phone didn't know what that was. If you are selling gas cylinders and don't know this then you shouldn't be in this business!
I have broken bones in my back. I offloaded my nitrogen bottle and when I asked for help loading the new bottle I was told they couldn't help me because they didn't have their gloves. Very rude about it.save yourself the trouble. Just go somewhere else.
