I used Airmatics as a vendor through cinch warranty. I was very pleased with the professionalism, efficiency, and reliability of Vlad and his team. After being ignored by another provider for 1 month the quick response and repair was much appreciated. Would do business with him again outside of the warranty.

William arrived well equipped with a truck stocked with parts. He ran a variety of tests and quickly pinpointed why my furnace and A/C were not functioning. William was great about explaining what he was doing and and what work and parts were required. He provided me with a price prior to starting the repairs.
William replaced the defective parts and did not try to up-sell. He left the place neat and clean; no mess.
William is clearly very knowledgeable and honest. His pricing was very fair and his work excellent.

Vlad came very quickly on Monday morning after heating system quit working on Sunday. He quickly diagnosed faulty ignitor, which was original to the 19 year old system, and replaced it with new ignitor. Great service and reliable heat and air company, and great owner!
