Lance and Sheila are very knowledgeable and friendly, they take great care in educating their customers and building long term relationships to save their customers money and ensure the highest quality of life from their HVAC units.

Jackson was informative. He answered all my questions and concerns. He did a great presentation and I learned a lot.

Our hvac system is old and out of date. Jackson came in, rewired the thermostats and cleaned all of the ducts. He is one of the rare ones. Lance and Sheila are a wonderful couple that care about their community. I met them when they were volunteering with non-profits in the area. They are very honest and make sure they get to the bottom of your issues. They are also environmental friendly and won the Green award this year! I have to tell the world about these guys. Lance and his team went above and beyond for us. My husband and I bought an old house in June of 2021, by the time winter came we realized our heat was not working at all. After calling several other companies and having everyone come out to give us diagnosis and quotes we decided to call one more place. This is how we ended up using Air One AC and Heating. Lance came out for the initial consult and was nothing like the rest, every single employee we came across was polite and knowledgeable. Every single other company told me I had to not only replace the ducting system but the actual unit needed to be replaced as well. Air One comes in and said they could fix the unit we have it did NOT need to be replaced and did the entire job for a LOT less money. I highly recommend Air One, you will not be disappointed. My AC stopped working in the middle of the summer and I feared it was going to be a costly fix and might take a while. It turned out the condensation line was clogged and AirOne had cleared out and back up and running in under an hour for a very reasonable price. Since having the work done I had the pleasure to meet Lance the owner and he is a really great guy. Knowing Lance is running the business give me confidence to call them for any of my HVAC needs because I know they will be honest and professional.

Nicholas was awesome. He actually arrived early for the appointment. He called to let me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem with the blower fan and gave me detailed options for the repair. Kept me informed the entire time and was able to make the repair quickly the same day.

Technician actually came ahead of schedule with permission. He introduced himself, told me what he was going to be checking, asked if I had any issues and got right to work. He worked methodically through the system and briefed me after he finished making sure all my questions were answered.

Very unprofessional service overall. Technicians lack off knowledge. Terrible customer service from Owner and very unethical company. I will never recommend this company at all.

Just kind of a scummy experience dealing with Lance. My blower was out and had them fix it. He presents a list of options to choose from. I chose the "bandaid' (his term). He had recommended redoing the entire HVAC system along with some other expensive options. Just got the blower fixed for $1,463.00. Cost of blower was 533.12. So labor for 2 hours was roughly $1,000? I won't use them again.

People in the office were polite and professional. The field technicians were courteous, prompt and very professional. Definitely would use this company again.
