I used Air Pro to provide maintenance to my air conditioning unit. John was my technician and he was very polite, and got right to work. He took his time, and inspected and then checked everything on the unit to make sure my unit would continue to run through this blistering summer. I was very impressed by his knowledge and how he handled himself. I am a very pleased customer and look forward to using Air Pro in the future!

This company saved my day! We woke up drenched in sweat because our AC unit went out in the middle of the night while asleep. I called another company then called AirPro for a second opinion. They were up front with their pricing for the service call which was almost 1/3 what the other solo shop was going to charge me. I've known John for years but never needed to use them until today. Not only was he on time, right at 11am even though they gave me a window of 11am-1pm on the same day which was more than I could have asked for given it's a Monday! He was honest & thorough with his assessment and gave me options to choose from for repairs. As soon as I authorized the repair he went to work and within an hour my AC was up and running again. I can't say enough good things about this company. We will be using them in the future and recommending them to anyone we know that needs AC/heat repair. They are reasonable, honest, timely & most importantly, courteous which is so rare these days.

Called multiple a/c companies that state they are 24/7 which they are not. Then called Airpro and they answered and sent tech out within 45 minutes after hours. They sent Paul and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my AC unit needing a blower motor and he was able to pick up part the next afternoon and install. Paul also did my preventative maintenance check and found other issues that I will need to take care of later. Outstanding customer service will definitely be using them for future repairs.

The people at Air Pro are absolutely amazing and definitely have amazing customer service. A special thanks to Joseph and his associate for coming out at the end of the day to fix our A/C in this sweltering heat. He was very patient and explained what the issue was, and answered all of our questions. We have used Air Pro several times in the past for both maintenance and repairs, and have always received excellent service.

Paul was our savior! Our air conditioner started to not cool right around 9pm. I called a few places that stated they were 24 hours but they didn’t answer. Paul did, and noted how much it would be for the service call at night. We opted to have him come the same evening. So thankful he did! He fixed the issue within 30-45 minutes and we were able to sleep peacefully that night.

The owners were quick to respond to my questions and any concerns I had. The technicians, John and Max, were always on time and kept me informed during the installation process. The technicians double checked that the install was performing properly according to city codes. I have used Air Pro for another project and would use them again. I would recommend this company.

Glad they could fix my system.other places had a higher service call price and said that this would be removed from the price if repaired.not happy, but ok, the other companies said, i needed the system replace.after the techs said everything was good.i asked if they put the system back together they said yes.they left i went to check, the didn't put the cover plates back on the system.not happy.happy they didn't try to sell me a new system.thank you

I called this morning, and they were able to send Paul, the same afternoon. This is after WEEKS of waiting on another quote, from a bigger company, as they kept telling me the parts for the heat kit were on back order and "may" be here 13/31/22. Paul showed up with a van full of parts, and had the heat going within a couple of hours. I signed up for yearly maintenence with this company, and will not be using anyone else moving forward. HIGHLY recommend. Very professional, and very respectable. Paul came out again today, 4/14 for maintenance he was completely professional and thorough on steps to take. Great company to work with. Will continue to use them!

Ours is an older home and has some odd issues. This team always works with us, in deciding the best way to manage the issues to move forward. They have squeezed in visits to maintain the area for my elderly Mother assisting us to keep her environment in a good comfort zone.

The AirPro technician, David, showed up on time, was diligent in his work.as usual, went above and beyond in checking out the HVAC system, and previously done repairs. A definite keeper!
