If you’re having aches or pain Airrosti is the place to go. Dr. Wotrek is patient, listens and is very thorough. Not gonna lie it hurts but I can now run after being treated for my plantar fasciitis! I’m currently being treated for back and shoulder and I can definitely tell a difference after only 2 sessions.

Dr Rutledge is the BEST he has helped our daughter who is a competitive cheerleader and both my Husband and myself with issues with our backs. He is such a great listener and gives you all kinds of stretches and ways to help you deal with pain. Have referred him to many family and friends.

I took my son to get treated for a knee injury he received while playing football. Dr. Woytek diagnosed that he had a sprained MCL and was able to establish full range of motion on the first visit. My son did the therapy that they provided and after his second visit today he just needs to continue with therapy at home. It’s great that they can help you recover so quickly!

Dr Rutledge is a compassionate care provider who listens to you and then develops a plan of care. I went in with a very stiff neck. After 3 appointments I can turn my head to the right without any pain. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything he’s doing. After meeting with him then I met with Henna his associate who gave me exercises to do and taped my back and shoulder. The exercises I do at home has also helped a lot. What I like about Airrosti is that you’re an active participant in your care.

My son went in with shoulder pain from playing Lacrosse. After the 1st visit there was already a difference, after 3 visits He felt a lot better. He has an exercise regimen to follow and stretch daily to help keep his shoulder stretched and ready to play!

If you're experiencing aches and pains Airrosti is the place to go. Dr. Rutledge and his staff are phenomenal. They take the time to listen to their patients and about their injuries. Dr. Rutledge has helped me through two shoulder issues with great success and always prescribes rehab exercises (which Henna Shaw goes over with you in depth) to work on at home. I've recommended a few others to Dr. Rutledge and all have had similar experiences.

Oh my goodness! I'm so thankful for the wonderful staff here! Despite what you might thin, it's not just for athletes. As we start to get a little older, haaaaaaaa, we might do things that cause us to hurt ourselves. I played a little too hard at the water park with the kids and hurt my shoulder so bad that I couldn't move it at all! Dr. Rutledge saved me! Within only several visits, I'm back! I was very sceptical that this was really going to work, but boy was I wrong! Now, I'm not afraid to do all the things I really want to do, knowing that if I do get injured, this wonderful clinic can help me again! I'm so very thankful for this clinic and it's wonderful staff! Three of the leading sports medicine surgeons recommended surgery for my left foot pain.
One useless (and damaging) surgery later and in even worse pain.
Expensive shoe inserts that I would need the rest of my life were recommended by a leading Podiatrist/surgeon.
After refusing a 2nd, more complicated surgery, my original surgeon was dumping me to a pain management specialist. I refused it.

If this would have been a fresh, new injury, i have no doubt that three visits would have fixed me.
