I had lower lumbar surgery the end of May, after seeing Dr Alvarado the first time, the very next day I felt I had a new back! This is also after going to traditional PT for 6 weeks with no felt improvement. I am so please with my decision to give Airrosti a try.

Jared is very knowledgeable when it comes to anything anatomy-related. He is personable and truly cares about his patients' recovery. I visited him for a shoulder injury that is over 10 years old, and he provided me with education about the injury, exercises to improve and reduce pain, as well as a positive experience. I pulled my hamstring during a Tough mudder 1 month before my scheduled Half Dome hike. Dr. Jared Sporrer diagnosed my level of tear and got me on track for healing. One month later I completed my planned hike. Also saw him recently for a Knee pain that he helped me with. Friendly and knowledgeable, both Jared and Katie have my confidence and trust for any sport related injuries.

Dr. Sporrer did a great job of helping to loosen up my lower back muscles, and his team was very helpful with pointing out specific exercises to continue loosening the muscles and start strengthening them.

I highly recommend Dr. Jared Sporrer! I hurt my back on a Saturday afternoon and was miserable all weekend not being able to walk straight or take a few steps without hurting my lower back. Thankfully went to work on Monday and after a coworker saw the way I was walking, he referred me to Jared and gave me his email. Withing minutes I had a reply from him and he was able to see me the same day. He was God-sent. He worked on my back and right after I was able to walk a lot better, still with pain but I was able to stand up straight and walk normal again. After seeing him, I was seen by Katie, which she was very helpful as well, she showed me a few stretches that would help with the pain and to prevent future injuries. The next day it was as if nothing had happened to my back and I was able to return to my routine without a problem. I was very skeptical in the past of going to get my back adjusted when the same injury happened to me before, I did not know of anyone who could do that or that I trusted, but I am glad I was referred to Dr. Jared and that I went to see him!

Got a last minute appointment and Dr. Sporer helped me tremendously, I felt like a new person the next day. Great Staff too.

Dr. Sporrer was very informative and within one visit, my neck pain was 100% better than before. His assistant also gave me techniques to use at home (which I use and are working well). Before my visit I was skeptical, I would recommend this office to anyone needing a chiropractor.
