I arrived with knee pain and without being able to bend it and I left the first appointment walking and without pain, thanks to Dr. Espinoza and with the exercises that Gloria recommended that I do to strengthen my muscles and my elasticity I no longer have pain, I attended 3 sessions and I already feel very good. Excellent treatment! Thanks again!

I really recommend this place. Doctor and therapist both address your concerns and assist you with your injury.

They are honest about what therapy may do, but ultimately advise depending on the injury that time will help it.

I had an ankle fracture and they assisted me with doing exercises that I never could perform (ex: tip toe walk). They also build back confidence on my ankle strength and stability.

Overall great place to visit and receive treatment. Doctor discharged me and gave me excercises that will ultimately get me back to running with time.

Doctor Espinoza and Gloria Physician therapist are the best to help you manage your pain. They go thru everything with you. I highly recommend.

I went to Airrosti to address constant discomfort in my right shoulder that wasn’t getting better. Another dr told me I had loose rotator cuff ligaments and sent me home with bands and a worksheet that was causing pain upon completion. Airrosti came highly recommended by a friend and I’m glad I went. Dr. Aguilar took the time to understand the pain and discomfort and addressed them accordingly. After the 1st session I already noticed a difference. By the time I completed my 3rd session in as many weeks I felt really good about my progress and was discharged. Having the app to guide me on at home exercises and to message Dr. Aguilar was a great help as well. It’s such a relief to have my shoulder working properly without pain!
So of course, when my son complained about tightness and limited mobility in his hips I took him to see Dr. Aguilar. We just finished his second session today, and he’s been discharged. The improvement after one session was amazing (just in time for HS football!). Dr. Aguilar is great at addressing the patient’s needs and explaining the what and why. Airrosti has given us results we couldn’t get from other doctors or trainers and I cannot recommend or thank them enough!
