Alan was our technician, very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time at both appointments and ready to fix the issue. Walked me through each problem we were having and what the next step was to make it right. Alan took the extra steps to fix our A/C problems and left the job clean and working great! Highly recommend Airtron and the tech Alan!

We had trouble with our AC system not cooling correctly. Oscar from AirTran came by and took his time to figure out the issue at hand. He was very knowledgeable in his trade and made sure to explain the issue. Problem was solved and back to a cold house. Thanks again Oscar.

Airtron’s customer service is phenomenal! They communicate clearly and set right expectations. We thought we had a problem with our unit but turns out it was just the 100+ degree temps outside. Regardless, AirTron sent technician Wernel to my house for a health check. He was not only patient but also super knowledgeable. I felt I had his full attention as he did not rush the job and asked if I had any questions even at the end of the inspection. For him to come on a Sunday to do this health check goes beyond and above. Thank you, Wernel!

Rafael did pretty good explaining what he was doing at every step and why is it required. As well made some recommendations and showed why they are needed. Overall am happy with AirTran and their services

I must say that my technician Hector is the best. He was very professional, knowledgeable and a hard worker. He guided me through what the problem with my AC unit was and how he was going to fix it. He also gave me tips on how to keep my air vents clean. Airtron please don't let him leave your company. He went above and beyond and I am very pleased with his work.

We had Dung come out 5 days later and he was able to diagnose and replace the capacitor in my other HVAC unit. This was completed in 30 minutes. Dung was very professional and courteous while working on our unit.

Hector was our technician, he was super professional and courteous. He was able to identify the issue within one hour of arriving and had the capacitor replaced and the system working promptly. We are very happy with the work performed by Hector.

He demonstrates great thoroughness and takes the time to explain every step of the process. Whenever Mr. Dung handles any warranty work or services for my HVAC system, I feel confident and reassured. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Dung for his exceptional work. It truly doesn't go unnoticed.

Had an issue with the blower being extremely loud on Monday, they had Alan out on Friday and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. He was very nice and informative, fixed the issue, and even cleaned up the area and made the unit look new again. 10/10 recommend

Had my ac unit worked on today, Alan was great, he came out and replaced the part that was leaking in no time at all. He was very professional and even double checked a couple things to make sure the unit was working in top shape!

This is the worst company I know by far.
They put in AC for my new home then it stops working after a year and a half I called them to check, and they asked me for $198 for the diagnosis, I told them that I have10 years of warranty, and they replied that doesn't apply for, then they asked me to extend my warranty I said okay and signed up to pay 24.99/month. Then asked please come and check it I have a 6-month-old infant in my house, and that was Sunday they said will come only Tuesday. Then I have asked them to cancel my commitment and refund me, their response was after 9 weeks we will refund you.

Alan was very thorough and I appreciate him listening to my concerns regarding the A/C. He provided a temporary solution which saved the day until the part arrives to completely address the HVAC issue.

Avoid Airtron at all costs. Very disappointed on how the customer service at AirTron seems to work. They will rip you off with unheard of prices. They came to repair my furnace, and not able to tell me what is wrong with that. Waste of service call and my time.

We had a technician out named Mr O'Neal, he was not only punctual, he was also very professional and courteous of our time. He absolutely took care of all our problems and I highly recommend this company! We were surprised at how fast we were able to get our problem solved! Thank you AirTron and thank you Mr. O'Neal!

Tech was at my home performing routine preventive maintenance last week and found some black mold in our HVAC system potentially saving us thousand on a new HVAC system by installing a UV light system to prevent and kill the mold in the system. JOB WELL DONE!
