I have used them for service work and new unit install both have been GREAT!

Arrived on time. Listened to my explanation. Viewed my unit and gave me three options. Called the office to set up an install.

They did a poor job installing the AC for my new built townhomes- Both of them operate poorly- not enough exchange vents, long winded ducts etc. I have had 2 inspections done in the last 12 months and these AC units failed. AirView is refusing to rectify their work, which is under warranty, they want me to pay. They’ve been here a lot over the last year but all their fixing has produced little to no improvement. They also gave me bad advice for the sake of it. I don’t understand why they would install a brand new AC unit so poorly. Now they’re not even responding to my emails. They’re not providing me with the basis for asking me to pay for services when they say there’s a warranty. Surely there must be something in writing between you and the builder somewhere? They’re ghosting me rather than just being upfront with me.

Airview installed a new Trane VS heat pump this summer. We have been very happy with the performance. Our electric bill has been $25 to $30 less every month. Now that the heating season started I noticed our system was using auxiliary heat rather than the heat pump. I called and talked to Nelson and he quickly determined a few settings needed to be changed. William arrived and quickly corrected the settings. He also took the time to answer all my questions. The system now is using more heat pump than aux heat. I look forward to saving on my heating bill this winter. Thanks Nelson and William.

Was having problems with the heat, which was thermostat related. The technician explained in detail how the thermostat with the heat pump and propane works. So mostly it turned out the problem was a lack of my knowledge. Hopefully now the problems are a thing of the past.

I highly recommend Airview AC in VanAlstyne for all your airconditioning needs. They were on time, very professional, very knowledgeable, and had very reasonable prices. Before they came to our home, I felt stressed about some air-conditioning issues we were having, but before they left our home they had fixed all of our AC needs and all my stress was gone.
