They tell 10 dollar for hair shampoo and blow dry is with shampoo bt they said have to pay 25 for blow dry seprate they didn’t mention it before…

Shayla was phenomenal. She threaded my eyebrows, chin and lip. She also tinted my eyebrows. I highly recommend.

I always come here for threading and facial. They always give the best service and Shella ge is the best.

They never honor appointments! The last couple times I’ve made an appointment, they have taken other people in front of me. I even came 10 mins early and because my appointment was 10 mins later, they took a walk-in and didn’t take me until almost 20 mins after my appointment time. Absolutely ridiculous

I love this place! I have been going here for over 10 years. I actually had my eyebrows done with Shala when it was her FIRST day on the job and they were still flawless! The prices are super reasonable and the service is good. I also go here for my waxes and facials.

Visited this place for a facial and was extremely glad to get it done by Shahla! She is dedicated and knowledgeable and exhibits patience during the entire process which is much needed. It was quite late but she never rushed to finish off, I would highly recommend this place. Would be checking out the other services as well.
Later got my eyebrows threading done from another lady and she was also good!

Cheap! Eyebrow threading is only $4.99 (other locations are $8) and upper lip is $4. I've been to several Aisha's, and they're hit or miss. Shahla did a great job on my eyebrows and upper lip. She took her time and was gentle. I could tell she actually cared. She's off Sun + Thurs. Apparently she does all the services too. There's an Aisha's literally across the street so don't get mixed up.

-It was my first time coming here and based on the reviews, I was really excited to work with Shahla because everyone said great things about her.

Before arriving, I called to request Shahla and when I reached the store, I mentioned to the person at the front desk that I had an appointment with Shahla. The front-desk woman mentioned that I would need to wait around 20 minutes, which i was fine with.

Around 15 minutes later, a woman came to grab me. Assuming she was Shahla, I followed her to a station and had my eyebrows done. Turns out she was not Shahla, which had me confused. I had made sure to clarify a specific person that I wanted to work with (both over the phone and when I arrived at the salon), and yet they still had someone else work with me without letting me know. I would have been fine if they had told me Shahla wasn't available but felt like there could have been more clear communication.

Overall:

I gave 4 stars because my eyebrows did turn out quite nicely, but I hope there is better communication next time.

Shahla did my facial today, it was so relaxing and I enjoyed the face massage. She knows what She’s doing and She is good with it and also I got my eyebrows threaded last week by her. I will definitely come back for my next treatment.

Showed up & after waiting for 15 minutes, I was told it would be more than half an hour for brow threading service. Came back the next day, showed the lady what I wanted & told her exactly how I want them done. My request was not delivered and I will not come back. This review isn’t to turn people away, but I’m sharing my experience.

I always get great service here. EVERYONE does a GREAT job. I especially like the service that Shala provides. She threads and tints my eye brows so well! The other ladies do also!

I go to Shahla for my eyebrow threading. I been going to this location for over 2 years. Their prices are hard to beat and Shahla is very professional and detail oriented when it comes to my eyebrows. They are also following all COVID precautions and I appreciate them doing this.

Shahla is amazing and very detailed! I was a regular for my eyebrow threading & henna tint, but I decided to also try the microdermabrasion and I absolutely loved it!

I had made an appointment at 3 to get my eyebrows threaded. After all the great reviews I decided to try it out. I went inside and told them I had an appointment. A woman told me I could not get my eye brows threaded there because i am a man and that apparently that place is only for women. It website does not mention any of this and it was very disappointing to say the least. It’s 2020 for goodness sakes.

I always come here and have a wonderful experience. There are a vast array of services and all are pretty great! Threading is the most popular service provided here but they have so much more to offer. For example, I got henna done today. Im very happy with Shahla's work!
