3If i could give a lower rating i would. I have been working with Laura to try to get my refund from a trip that was canceled for July due to COVID. She has provided very little help and still after so these months I am now being told i will not be getting a full refund on my trip. This is unacceptable and the level of unprofessionalism and care that I've received is horrible. I was told I'd need to get my money from the other party who the money was sent to vs them sending it to me. Awful awful experience so far but know this is not over. Of my 1200+ i paid for the trip i have so far only received 275.00 of my refund. I've been patiently waiting all these months because she said she was furloughed and that SW vacations was being slow about processing refunds.
Dottie screwed me out of $2400 on a Carnival Cruise! She took my money and then ignored me! So hate this place! Please don't use them.
Great place. Everybody is friendly and so professional. My wife and I personally work with Dottie she's amazing and always stir is in the right direction.
