Marco helped us fix our dishwasher back in 2018 and he also fixed our ice maker that stopped working. He's very professional and always does a great job. I will definitely be calling him again.

Marco has been working on our washer and dryer for years. He responds quickly and has always been able to fix whatever issues we have had. Charges are quite reasonable

Marco was great! I called him today and told him I had a problem with my front load washer. It is shaking a lot and wasn't sure of the issue. They were purchased slightly used so wasn't sure if I just got sold something that needed repair. He explained for me to take a photo and send it to him which I did. Once he saw the photos he was able to diagnose using them and it was something simple I could do with no reason for him to come and charge me a fee. Honest, straight forward and definitely use him and pass his name on to people that are in need of appliance assistance. Hard to find good honest people glad I found him. 6 start customer service,!

I recently callled Aj's to come repair my washer november 2nd. I described the issue. He came out, took a look and agreed a part had went bad and needed to be replaced. He has been back once since and by the looks of it (just based on my observation) ordered a wrong part and wanted to charge me. Instead of owning up to his mistake and ordering me the correct part. He has since ignored me. If i have to guess, he took a loss on his mistake. I have called eagle eye appliance repair and they will be out shortly to help resolve my problems. Beware.

Needed my fridge repaired, technician gave us great advice. Definitely would use them and trust them for repairs.

Marco repaired my dryer and I was extremely happy with the service. There were a few issues on my end (electrical) and he had came out multiple times to finish the job. He was great! I would highly recommend this company.

Mingo was the technician that came out to repair my washer. I was so impressed by this business. Everyone was very professional from the time I called to make the appointment until the job was completed.

Mingo arrived at the time he said he would and explained what was wrong and gave me money saving options that I don’t think he needed to do. I He was so pleasant, even cleaned up behind the washer! He seems to really enjoy his work and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

I called companies recommended on nextdoor first, but this company had higher reviews and that’s why I went with them. I’m so glad I did!

I was referred to Marco from another co. Appt was booked. He came in and looked at freezer and determined issue. Said I needed a new part & he would order. This was a Fri (Jan 22) and he said it would be in Mon so he could come back Mon or Tues to install. Mon & Tues, I heard nothing from him. I called Tue & he said part was not in but his son was there to pick it up. Finally he came on Thurs. Worked on freezer and in meantime, he scratched my floor. I continuously asked if he needed a blanket or towel, but he said no. Then he finally says he needs towels. It was also odd that that he was asking if I was married, if I had children and how old. Normally repairmen do not ask such questions of me. He finishes, I pay him, point out the scratched floor to which he ignores and he leaves. I clean up all the wet towels, bowls, etc he used.

Later that day, I have no ice. I call him Mon to ask if he did anything to my ice maker. He says no. I explained it has always worked and I have never had an issue until the day he was out. I ask for him to come look. He says he will come look but he has an eye infection and the medicine makes his vision blurry so he'd get back. He does not so I call again. He says it's still blurry. Then he asks for pictures. I send pics of ice maker (even though he has all the info since he had just been out). He then says it is Whirlpool's fault, because they have a faulty ice maker and I have to get it replaced. I said I still wanted him to come see it to make sure. He says he will come on Sat.and will call about the time. ***I call Whirlpool and give my model number. I ask about a defect or recall. She says they have no issues at all with that model.

On Sat I do not hear from him. I call him and he does not answer. I text him. Nothing. NO SHOW even though he said he would be there.

Sun, I call again. He finally texts me that it is Whirlpools fault and he is going to charge ANOTHER service call fee. This is shocking as he totally contradicting what he said on Fri and then he did not even care to show up on Sat as he promised. Poor poor service. I mention that I NEVER had an issue with this refrigerator until the freezer problem and NEVER an issue with the ice maker, until he came out. Then I said and you scratched my floor while you were here. He quickly snapped "You're refrigerator scratched your floor! " I have to say that is the most childish thing I have heard. (The scratch is about 8 inches from the refrigerator and it was because he failed to use a towel or blanket.
Save your money and hire a true professional honest repairman. I am happy to say I have a professional coming next week to fix the problem he created.
By the way, when I told him I was writing a review, he said he would write a bad review about me. It is frustrating when someone causes a problem and they take no responsibility for what they have done. Poor service, poor communication.
