Dr. Melanie Frogozo and staff were absolutely amazing. They truly care about their patients and take the time to ensure you get the best vision/service possible. Everyone was professional and never made you feel like a number. I will recommend to all my friends and family. I brought my 9 year old in for her first contact lens exam. She has a crazy prescription but Dr. Fragozo and her staff were amazing with explaining everything to not only me but my daughter. This is a great office for the whole family. The staff is extremely knowledgeable with the insurance which is refreshing since so many offices are not.

I'm not a patient, but I did try to be. I called their office multiple times to make an appointment, no answer. I left a message with my contact information, asking specific questions, no call back. After days of this, I decided to start looking elsewhere. I wanted to leave a review regarding their "customer service" because it's apparently non-existent.

All of the staff was amazing! They answered all of my questions, assisted me quickly with everything, and kept me in my price range when it came to choosing new glasses! Thank you! Awesome place. Would recommend!

Dr. Frogozo is an AMAZING doctor! She has helped me SEE better! After a few issues with Lasik and cataract surgery my new scleras are the bomb! Her team is professional and knowledgeable! I drive to the other side of town for GREAT eye care!

I have a more complicated contact lens case due to my prior RK surgery. Dr. Frogozo is an expert in her field and very patient. She wants the best fit possible and is not reluctant to adjust along the way. She also addresses dry eye situations aggressively to find a more permanent solution. I am a very satisfied client and I highly recommend this practice!

This team does a great job! Dr Frogozo and her group carefully tried all the options before arriving at a scleral contact lens for my misshapen
cornea. It works great. After years of declining vision, it was a real breakthrough for me. They are dedicated to what they do.

The best contact fitting I've ever had! I have always had difficulty getting contacts to fit comfortably. I was always told that was what I'd have to live with. I've been in my current lenses for about 6 months now and they are amazing! Can't recommend the Alamo Eye Care enough! The staff is super!

I have been to lots of different eye doctors and this place is by far my favorite. My prescription is great the contacts they advised me to get are the most comfortable contacts I’ve ever worn and the service is excellent.

First time going to this Eye Care Center and I was disappointed to say the least. It was horrible customer service. The atmosphere was hollow as soon as I walked in. I ended up waiting 45 mins after my appt time and still didnt even get seen. No communication at all to me as the customer after 30 mins of waiting. No one said a word to me to communicate or to rensure I would be seen. I actually wasted over an hour going to this eye center. No fault to the young lady at the front desk. I left that place feeling like no one cared at all in the entire building to inform me of my appt and furthermore no one cared for me as a customer. Never again and word to the wise, go somewhere else.
