The people I spoke to were very polite. However, they ended up charging me twice as much as their quote just for an oil change. It also took an hour twenty minutes compared to the thirty to forty-five minutes they said it would be when I gave them the car

A bunch of lazy and rude employees. Even there receptionist was rude and unwilling to help us. Don't ask for Tony, he will only be available when he wants to be. He's on lunch just about all day. They will charge you for every little thing. Be sure to look at everything they charge you for because if not they will add things that have already been payed. They tried to get us to pay the towing fee again after insurance already payed it, all while holding my vehicle. Then when we were fed up with them and decided to just pay there stupid fees and move the vehicle to get it repaired somewhere else they cant even give me a total to pay. OH and make sure you stay there local because they will not take any payment over the phone or online. All while holding my vehicle there, making me unable to move it to a different place. This place tries to rip off its customers, then when you decide to leave that place they will fee the death out of you.

This place is run very well. The manager went out of his way multiple times to work around my schedule and he is super fair with pricing. He’s an honest man and that’s something I respect. If he feels he’s not living up to expectations about something he lets you know and fixes the problem immediately. I recommend this place to anyone.
