We are so blessed to have experienced the genuine care, compassion and respect from our Alamo hospice care team. Every member played a vital role in guiding us through grandma's care. We were fortunate to experience Katie's kindness, Stephanie's thoroughness, and Claudio's compassion and attention. Truly, our team felt like family and we certainly miss your weekly visits. Our nurse, Jesus H, was always so matter of fact, honest and direct which I came to appreciate in such an emotionally driven period. He listened to our perspective and gave his educated advice explaining all very thoroughly. Jesus always handled us with care and professionalism. Then there was the spiritual companionship that was genuinely shared with Chaplain Lee. Lee thank you for your fellowship, friendship and prayers, you made a lasting impression. Alamo is a complete package of care and compassion in a time of transition and we are forever grateful for your guidance. Thank you, Maldonado Family.

Although we, as a family, had a very limited experience with Alamo Hospice, our experience with the administrative and care staff was one we will never forget. Carol responded so quickly to our immediate and dire need for my father, Jerry Sparks, with Katy helping with the social services aspects of his hospice care and passing. It was Jesus Hernandez, my father's care manager, and nurse Bret, however, that provided the professional, expert, hands on care for my father. Mr. Hernandez went above and beyond to communicate my father's condition and needs as we are a large family with BIG personalities. He was truly a Godsent in this very difficult time. Although difficulty for us to hear, Bret was also invaluable in communicating my father's decline and needs so that we felt comfortable to care for my Dad at the end of his life. I personally cannot thank Mr. Hernandez enough for his care and compassion.

Thank you to all the Alamo Hospice staff who I have dealt with Especially Margie Summers who is a godsend. The expertise of all is appreciated, especially the speed in responding to my situation/needs. God bless all of you for your attitudes toward me. Thank you again.
