Alamo Paradise Acres

My Mom has a home here that she comes down to every winter. I have come down there for the past two years. The people in this community are amazing! Words can't describe how grateful and blessed we are for all the support my Mom received from the park community when my Dad past away this summer. The activities they have keeps her busy. The park is well taken care of and recommend this park!

I presently still live in this park here for almost 3 yrs.when I first got here park managers Doug and Sandy were so helpful and quick to help me get moved in and I had a electricity problem at my site and they were quick to get it fixed so I could have power. Then came another manager which is Mr Rick Day He was doing good job on the beginning and a couple months he hasn't cleaned place up.lot of weeds grass doesn't get mowed in certain areas.my area gets done last and misses spots. Ifor a long time been telling him to get electrician to get my electrical box outside switched over to 4c like he had said he would get done. Finally just not too long ago, got it done, because I had to keep at it with him. He says his priorities are others.not mowing or keeping park cleaned. We have a big old tree and 2 big branches have broken but til now.nothing done.because like he said he has other priorities like showing rv's.those are his exact words. I hope all this changes before people start moving out. I loved this park cuz it was quiet no children around.but this park is not what it was before. Maybe we need a park manager with Authority. New people renting don't respect this park or our rules and especially speed limits. Hope and pray this changes.
