Alamo Pawn & Jewelry, San Antonio TX

I just swing by to pick up an Xbox series S, and was greeted awesomely by the employees. I had a really good interaction with every single employee there. They were very helpful and was able to get me the game system for an awesome price. A lot of company’s should take note from these employees how to treat customers, right. I would definitely make the trip to come back again to buy. Keep up the good work this is what customer service is all about. Thank you.

Went in for some AirPods. Agreed on a price and then asked to try them. After having issues connecting to the AirPods they got me a second pair to try. Then they told me the believed the other pair to be fake based on the branding they found on them. I never mentioned anything about thinking they were fake. They were advertised as “AirPods” and priced the same. Sad that a business would try to sell a product as AirPods and rip you off. If there is any doubt just list them as wireless headphones. I then tried the second pair and one side was junk. I ended up not buying any. I understand these are used products but I’d rather do business with someone else.

This isn’t the BEST place to pawn electronics. I was turned away because they had too many of the items I had in hand. Obviously, they don’t make good deals to sell what they do have in order to gain new and returning customers. I rate them -5 stars and nothing greater. Bad experience from walk in to walking out.

This is hands down one of the best pawn shops in San Antonio. I used to try Cash Plus America and they weren't very understanding and not very fair about pricing but at this point the whole team seems honest. I pawn all of my stuff here and I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you to the Alamo Pawn team for always being so great

Their a bunch of low ballers don’t go to this pawn shop they will give u the lowest possible offer when u want to sell things at this location. Worst pawn shop I been to.

Don’t waste your time, tried loaning a bmx bike brand new with original tires and everything & they tried giving me $40 when the bike worth $350 and there not selling it anywhere online or in stores, got a better deal at OfferUp for $250 sold it in 2days

Deserves zero stars. GAVE MY ITEM (which was brand new) TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND IN RETURN GAVE ME THE OTHER CUSTOMER ITEM, ALONG WITH THE CUSTOMER TICKET WHICH HAD CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.

The staff is very friendly and nice they offer great prices for your loans and had some wonderful buys there as well I would recommend this place to anyone

I stopped by maybe a month ago to look for a gun magazine and ended up purchasing a gun and bought a bracelet. I believe his name is Adrian. Good salesman good service was provided and felt great spending my money there
