Absolutely LOVE Alamo Toyota. You guys have always done good by my family and putting us in a safe vehicle for me and my kids. I will forever be a Yota girl? My husband however loves his ford's.yuck lol. Service department is absolutely amazing and I love the fact that when I need to get the Tundra serviced there is a jungle gym area and tv's for the kids.

They do not care about customer service. Wife took her car in for an oil change and we were told our coverage didn’t not cover it. She was told to leave by a manager because they were having problems signing into their system and they would sort it out later. Next morning, the person who was in charge of her service, Garrett, calls her harassing and yelling why she did not pay and that she should not have left without payment even though we were told too. I called asking why our coverage didn’t cover the oil change and he couldn’t tell me. I had to get the number myself and give it to Garrett so he could call. He then called me back and talked to me as if I was wasting his time and was very disrespectful. I called an emailed Alamo Toyota three-four different times and left messages multiple times and their managers never call back. Finally got in touch with one after being passed around on the phone and the manager acted as if the complaint wasn’t important and said he’d speak with Garrett, but nothing else. Doesn’t bother Alamo Toyota if their employees call and harass customers as long as they get their money.

Tire rotation and balance, was told 2-3 hours. We are now on hour 4 of waiting. Should have just gone to Walmart at this point! Instead of so many employees standing around talking maybe more should be working that wrench. Once everything is finally done our charges were 30% more than what he told us they would be. #slowservice #fired

I called to set up a service appointment and spoke with Miguel for routine 15k maintenance. I told Miguel my husband had to recently replace fluids in the vehicle and that he noticed the oil was sludgy. Because these are things that should be taken care of at 10k miles, I didn't feel confident the previous service was done correctly. Miguel apologized and was very kind, he agreed to schedule an oil change, even though it was not time for one, and to make a note in my account to make sure all the fluids were double checked. When we arrived for the appointment, my husband also reiterated this to the service tech, Garrett. When the service was complete, we noticed the ticket said no oil change was done. Garrett said without payment, there would be no oil change. Garrett neglected to read the notes in my account and did not honor Miguel's promise of completely servicing my vehicle since I didn't feel it was serviced correctly on the previous visit. We left Alamo Toyota with no confidence in their service team and will not be returning. Now I will need to find another company to service my car because I definitely don't believe the oil was changed or other maintenance was complete after this visit.

Disappointing experience. I came to purchase my second vehicle from Alamo Toyota since my first experience was positive, and the car was sold out from under me while waiting for a callback from their in-house finance team. I suppose I should have listened to the most recent reviews that their reputation is sinking fast.

Took 4 hours for a 15 minute oil change. That's after I made an appointment. And no one bothered to tell you that when you arrived. Wasn't until I checked up 2 hours after arriving did I learn they were busy and it would be another 2 hrs. Don't bother with making an appointment. Once the Free Oil Change offer expires, I'll be going to Jiffy Lube.

Only issue I experienced was a lack of shuttle service. Prior to buying my Toyota, I had a Chevy. When taking your Chevy into the dealership for service or maintenance, they would have a Lyft or Uber transport customers (gratis). Strange that Toyota doesn’t offer such a service. I mean, it’s 2021, y’all ‍️

Anyway, the service team & staff were awesome! The process was quick, professional, and well coordinated. Great team over there at Alamo Toyota!

I had a great experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable on the 2021 Tundra that I was purchasing. All in all things went smoothly from start to finish. I would recommend Alamo for your vehicle purchases.

Anthony was the employee that I was in contact regarding the service of my vehicle. He was very helpful and professional. Anytime I had a question, he was quick to reply with an answer. After my accident, I thought my vehicle wouldn’t look or drive the same but after the repairs, looks and drives just as good or even better than before my accident. My overall experience with Alamo Toyota was 10 out of 10. Thank you!

This is for the service department. I was in a time crunch to get my service done and Roy was able to make it happen with the help of the maintenance crew of course. Very professional and courteous. Thank you!

I would give Alamo Toyota’s lower rating if it was possible. Spent 2 hours of my day waiting for my vehicle to be serviced only to realize that my car sat in the parking lot the entire time. Meanwhile, the rep helping me said they were “working on it. ” Do not waste your time here.

I have purchased 2 truck from here and my most recent one is a 2016 CrewMax Tundra. Roy Sipes made our purchase smooth but not so easy for him LOL. Alamo Toyota has been easy to work with even through a few set backs on their end but without a headache they made things right. I plan on buying my 2022 CREWMAX TRD FROM THEM just because the service I have recieved has been great.

I appreciate JJ taking care of the problem that happened the visit before. They attempted to rotate my tires but I have wheel locks and they couldn’t find it. They figured out that my wheel lock was lost the visit before after they had rotated my tires. I also discovered they lost one of my air valve covers and failed to replace it. Thanks to JJ he discovered the problem and fixed it for me. The problem I have is no one notified me that they had lost my wheel lock. Thanks to JJ being an honest employee he notified me of the issue and fixed it.

Yes the team was great. Even with the computers down the staff was super friendly, patient, and helpful. Sean Gonzalez helped me and did amazing. I even had the one of the technicians Kevin come out to talk to me. Super great team! Keep up the amazing work and everyone deserves a round of margaritas on Friday

Made an appointment to take my car in for an oil change Saturday morning, arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. The service agent checked me in and told me it would be ready in an hour and a half. I asked him for an oil change? Forty five minutes later he comes out with a list of things that the mechanic has found that need to be done. Half of which I had just had done 3 weeks previously at another dealership. The cost of the oil change was more than I would have paid at a oil change place. Will not get my business again.

Horrible customer service in the service department. Guy can barely speak English and when you kindly ask him to repeat himself he gets agitated. Will keep you on hold till dinner the next day and will hang up on you!

I am not recommend Alamo Toyota dealership in San Antonio TX.
I bought 2012 Camy from Shown (salesman) with extra $ 400 more than price was in the website on 11/13/2021 Saturday. He said new rolls.
Next day on Sunday I find out the tires need to replace, because their old and bad. (date the tires 2017) Tires not safety to drive.
Was required with two different Toyota dealerships, tires need to change with documents. Alamo Toyota company recommends tires as well.
I did speak with my salesman Shown, on Monday 11/15/2021 he called me rude and I shouldn't contact him anymore. I did speak with GM Assistant, he charge me another $300, but still Serves dependent gave me old tires with 2020 date on them and also my windshield is broken from three different areas.
I am not happy with their service at all. And I am not recommend Alamo Toyota to you.
I am not satisfy with Alalmt Toyota dealership.

Absolute trash service! Took my Tacoma in to get a battery assessment. Got home and noticed a large dent/scratch on the tailgate. Checked my dash cam footage (it turns on automatically when the vehicle is started) and the attendant backed it up into a different 4runner. Even caught the guy admitting it on the audio, and they never bothered to tell me. Had to reach out directly to them to address the issue!

I was lucky enough to find a car online and was helped by Roland and his sales partner Sam. They were both super professional and helpful they went out of thier way to get me the vehicle I wanted. I was able to purchase the vehicle. They made it quick, easy and delivered it to me.
I really appreciate their hard work and would recommend asking for them at this location.

It’s a shame. We are long time Alamo Toyota customers, over 20 years. They have lost their customer service. They try to oversell services and accessories that we don’t want or need. Sad. The service advisors do not seem have the experience needed to assist their customers. We hope they are able make the necessary changes to correct their customer service to keep their new and old customers.
