Albertsons, El Paso TX

I stop this evening at the Montwood location and the Lady from the Meat department was Super RUDE. Not helpful at all. This is not the only time this been happening with this person.

A classic Albertsons! Services many neighborhoods but doesn't feel too crowded. Love the home-y energy and classic vibe. Has been almost the same since I used to come here as a kid 15 years ago.

Love Albertsons products, but wouldn’t order for pick-up ever again here. Waited 30 minutes for drive up order.

Like the selections, good sales. Sign up for the discounts. Very glad this store is in town! Again, sales are incredible. Nice store!

Very clean and friendly staff. Really pricey but good fresh quality products. Check out staff spoke to each other. I think they need to focus on the customers.

The cleanliness of the store is refreshing. I just wish they were able to provide GMO free, fresher, wild caught fish options. I also wish they would hire more cashier's. A. I.will never compare to nor will it replace the Human Affect.

I had stopped by this evening to get my mom some steamed lobster tails. It was almost 8: 00, I was informed that they were no longer steaming for the night. I explained my situation to Kim and she went ahead and steamed them for me!
She was very pleasant and I sure appreciate her professionalism, I know my mom will also!

Today is July 1,2023 and we would like to thank the store manager for his help in the deli section.we had to leave out of town and needed 2 large sandwiches that were on special along with other items in store again thank you

I was very disappointed by the bakery employee. I had every intention to get a birthday cake but her attitude drove me away. Since they did not have Hello Kitty cake topper the lady totally shut down advised me to go somewhere else and she moved on to the next customer. Not giving me the chance to tell her that I would have been fine with just a regular cake.

Actually didn't want this location but mapquest sent me here. Store was busy not anyone on the actual cashiers stations. I'm sorry but every store is going AI and your killing us. We still need the live person to come bc we double scanned this or that or for whatever reason. Plus what happens if I hurt myself loading the basket at the checkout do I get work comp. I'm disabled I need the tellers.

Expensive. Hard to get the app to work so specials don't always reflect on the bill at checkout. More expensive than other stores. Very friendly staff. Changed review to 1 star. They are supposed to be open at 6a. It's 610 and the doors are locked. I'll go somewhere that wants my business instead. I really need to stop giving them a chance.

The produce is always fresh and well kept. They usually have weekly specials which is good because regular prices are a little high. Have good store brands.

They always have flowers available! I can always find beautiful flowers last minute here for Valentine's Day or a Graduation.

Albertsons is the store I go to when I want something Walmart doesn't have. It's about 20+ miles from me. Walmart is closer, but in the opposite direction.

I rarely shop here I just use the pharmacy and they are fabulous. I can't say enough about all of them. They also welcome me by name, which makes me feel at home. My prescriptions are always on time. Fast & friendly team!
