Albertsons, Fort Worth TX

The employee Chris in the deli is very nice and helpful. He is one of the few employees that are nice alot of the others are rude and act like they hate customers. But the store is too expensive.

I went to this location as I have many times as this experience was one of the worse. I stood at the deli counter for a few minutes figured they were busy and I’d be patient however the woman with the net on her head proceed to walk by me multiple times and not acknowledge my existence. I guess I am A ghost however when a couple came up to the counter for chicken she made sure to acknowledge them and try and help. Not once was I told Just a min someone will be right with you, or that she would grab someone who could help me as I was Just standing there. This is unacceptable. I won’t be returning I will Spend my money elsewhere maybe somewhere that actually acknowledges their customers.

Cashier Nancy R.didn’t ask a young lady infront of me for her I. D when she was buying alcohol. Only her birthdate. The young lady gave her a random birthday and she just put it in the system. When it got to my turn to paying she asked for my (ID) and i simply asked why didn’t she ask the young lady for her ID if we both looked the same age. She said she gets to choose who she gets to ask and didn’t feel the need to ask her. I felt discriminated against and don’t feel like this cashier “Nancy R” was following company policy. Not asking people who look young for their ID and selling them alcohol should be a risk and should not be tolerated.

Cashiers are hit or miss. Be careful they forget to ask for your phone and your coupons they don't scan. You have really watch them. I overpaid today because they forget to scan my coupon and didn't get my phone number.
They also try to lock the door at 6pm they are open til 11pm but try to lock the best door at 6pm so go before 6pm or risk getting stuck without access to your car.

Terrible store manager just horrible experience with him should definitely not be running a store the way is very disrespectful to customers

I feel like Rod Serling is going to step out and start monologuing when I shop here. Not sure why. Whatever causes this emotional vertigo is enough to make me shop elsewhere most of the time, but is in no way reflective of my experience interacting with employees or satisfaction with items available for purchase. If you need groceries, you can get them here, but keep an eye out for gremlins and interdimensional portals. You never know.

This location has gone way down hill in cleanliness, quality and service over the past year. There is a serious issue with, too many, of these employees and their level of customer service and care for quality.
The bakery very rarely has an employee available for assistance.
The deli guys have zero manners and are very often "closed" when they should be serving.
The butchers are friendly enough. But, never happy to do a fresh cut. And condensation dripping onto the meats is a concern we have talked to management about.
Management are kind enough but appear to have no sense of control.
The cashiers for the most part are the best part of the store (with an exception or two).
The floral department is beautiful and well kept.
The food quality needs attention! Meats and Produce.
Berries specifically.please stop stocking moldy berries

The young cashier with short strawberry blonde hair needs to learn public communication skills. I seem to have an issue with her everytime I go thru her line. At 60yrs old, I don't need her to tell me I need to put a divider up on the conveyor belt. She needs to see there was plenty of space between mine & the other customer's groceries. She also needs to learn 300 has 2 zeros. And when a customer says they have a digital coupon clipped, honor it.

The lady named Gloria she is rude when you ask her a question she is a short Hispanic lady she doesn't need to be working at a store if she doesn't want to help someone out with a question about something

Music was bad. Every song depressed me more and more. I think it's by design. Also, too many hanging shelf tags. I wonder how many trees had to die.

This is also another 1 of my favorite places to go great shopping great food produce is always very neat and displayed very nicely. Never seen nothing rotten on display always fresh. Polite people and very helpful knowledgeab Abt location of product. Over all great experience period! ;;. Thanks Albertson's, for such a pleasant experience every time I come.

Black supervisor or assistant manager was very rude and refused to type in my food stamps card number when her scanner wouldn't scan and lied about how it was against procedure and policy and refused. I argued that every one does it and she was incorrect. But she bucked up. Even meaner and more rude. I wasn't going to tell her which cashier's and the store mgr. BS! On her! Ya lazy lazy incapable and lazy unwilling employee misrepresenting Albertson as a whole.

Great local chain with extensive and varied selection of fresh produce, broad assortment of meat and poultry, and even wine, beer and spirits!

Huge store! Was there just to pick up ice cream. They were scattered in 3 areas, likely to draw aa much attention aa possible. Clean. Busy.

Lauren (alternativeish girl) was excellent help! She helped me set up my app, rung me out quickly, and served excellent customer service while she was helping me. She made it personal, like I wasn’t just anotherrrr customer but like i was a human and made me feel welcome and comfortable asking questions about the app and Albertsons. Will be back, hope to see Lauren!

I love that this Albertsons always has the best produce and a great fresh meat selection. The staff are always so courteous and helpful.
