I cannot say enough GREAT things about my overall experience, especially my injector Kelsey! It was my first time and I arrived a bit nervous and apprehensive. From the moment i arrived everyone made me feel welcome, calm and comfortable. I am beyond happy with my experience most importantly my results! I will get all my fillers and Botox + more done here. Kelsey was absolutely amazing. She was patient, precise and careful.also calm and understanding. She works magic! I now refer to her as a “magician” Overall they exceeded my expectations and they deserve a great review. I came here really focused on just getting Botox, but left getting filler as well and I’m so happy I did! The other reviews made me wonder but it was great. There’s no hidden pricing or “agenda”… if you really listen to what they’re showing you, they start out telling you what regular price is and then show you how they can save you money! They answered all my questions and made me less nervous about getting filler. The entire staff was super knowledgeable. I absolutely love it all and will be back as soon as it’s time for more!

I wanted y’all to know that I am thrilled with the procedures I had done. Jen was the epitome of professionalism from the word go. I was a little hesitant because this was my first time to receive filler in my lips and sculptra throughout my face. Jen’s confidence and experience was very evident and put me at ease immediately. The facility itself was very pleasant and inviting. My overall experience, from making my appointment to walking out with a cute ice pack, was beyond exceptional. As the other reviewer stated this place has a scam going. They offer 20 units of free botox for new clients. Then it turned into free botox only if you've never had botox in your life. Okay That's fine. Whatever- I need botox regardless.
After 45 minutes of sitting in a room and secret negotiations going on between the injector and the other kid who works there. The injector told me she won't give me any botox because I don't have enough movement in my forehead.
What? ! The last time I had botox was over 3 months ago. I have lots of movement in my forehead that's why I am here. She refused to give me any botox.
The real deal is they want you to join their $99 a month club membership. Once they saw I only wanted botox they figured I wasn't going to be purchasing their membership and they didn't want to honor their advertisement. They knew they weren't going to give me botox and still let me sit there for 45 minutes.
I left and went to Starwood MedSpa in Plano bought 40 units of botox and banked 1/2 of them for later. I was out the door in 15 minutes. Go to Starwood.

In reply to Alchemy 45: I was deemed eligible by YOUR online licensed medical provider. The one that YOU had me speak with. The one that asked me a dozen questions. She said I APPROVE YOU. Stop trying to scam and lie to people. You are not going to fare well with those business practices in Plano.

I advise you to stay away from this place. The employee are very unprofessional and they act like they have hidden agenda, they are not honest about the pricing.
I had visited this place because of the advertisement on a Facebook. They supposed to give a 20 complimentary units of botox. If I would cancel my appointment they would charged me $75.
I wasn't aware how much additional units of botox cost when I was going there.
Some person name Micheal, show me piece of paper where he had written 3 diffrent prices I supposed to pay for the full face of botox. The very young girl who supposed to be injector was saying that she can't do only one or two areas. It has to be at least 3 areas of botox and if I don't pay over $500 I would not have anything done on my face.not to mention the complimentary units.
Don't waste your time going there. They are the biggest scammers ever.
I have my face beautifully done somewhere else, I have left my money at the place where I was treated professional and with honesty, where the prices for services where clear and the people working there were knowledgeable about what they are doing. And this place for sure doesn't belong to the kind of neat and makes you feel good beauty salons.

I came on opening day and I loved my appointment. Yvonne was fantastic and a great provider, injections were painless and she made the experience even better. Loved the service and it’s a beautiful location, big treatment rooms and they make you comfortable. Would definitely recommend them, but come early because parking can be hard in that area and the spots in the main parking lot are tiny so avoid bringing the truck
