Supermarket ALDI reviews
17No consideration whatsoever, I arrived at 9.05pm the guy wouldn't let me in, I just needed two items, I told him that but he kept on insisting "we are closed" all the while there were shoppers inside. Worst experience ever no wonder the prices are low because they hire cheap disrespectful employees.
Told me I can only 3 each when the limit says 6 mins each. Also Very rude. They said people resale milk so they only gave me 3. I said even if they do that’s not your concern long as They are paying for their product. I feel discriminated.
Location is usually very clean. Great selection of unique items you won't find at other stores. Prices are very good and cashiers are fast.
I still love ALDI, but have been so disappointed in some items that disappear for weeks. Their imported German chocolate-covered butter cookies were empty on the shelves from February until August. That's terrible. Their selections of unique dishes in the frozen food section where you can usually find different unique entrees and side dishes has slowly become more and more ice cream and desserts. I need food not sugar. Other products will simply be missing for 1 or 2 weeks. It has been really hit and miss. ALDI needs to press their suppliers more and get their shelves in every single part of the store full again.
I shop at Aldi these all the time. They always have fresh vegetables and produce. Very affordable cuz I am on a fixed income. Easy for me to get in and out. I really enjoy shopping there and all the employees are very Curtis and very polite and helpful.
Honestly, this place was weird. Someone online recommended that I shop here to save money on groceries, but there were only a few items I could find that were significantly cheaper than HEB would price them. There also wasn't really an awful lot of stuff there.
Also, if you don't know the drill, you have to pay a quarter to use a cart (that is returned to you once you put your cart up), and they'll charge you for bags if you don't bring your own.
I'm sure it's great if you're living within walking distance, but for me, I'd rather just take the trip to HEB and have a much better selection at basically the same prices.
Nice little neighborhood store if you don't like the crowds at the larger stores in the area. The selections are limited in some areas, but still good quality groceries. I wish I would've known to take my own bags, but live and learn. Moving forward I know to plan ahead and have my bags if I'm not just making a quick trip for a couple of items. Seems there's always just one cashier working, but the lines aren't super long either. I'll be back for minor purchases, would not make this my main grocery store.
This place is weird. The check out guy has no energy or life.just sitting there speaking in monotone absolutely HATING his job. The stock guys are creepy and stare at people all the time. Overall this storewide NOT for me.
The cashier, don't know his name.but he was very rude and messy. He put 2 12 packs of sodas on top of all my groceries (the bottom rack was available). I was not happy with $200 of squashed food. I don't care how busy you are, you have to respect people and their purchases.
Always interesting to see their variety, still annoying that they don't supply bags and there was no baskets or carts in the foyer.
I got this cute cabinet today at a very good price At first it was difficult to put together, but I got finally. Love it!
I love ALDI! I always talk about it with my friends. I haven't found any other place that has better prices. The workers are nice, too, very accommodating. You just have to come ready with bags and a quarter and ready to be save some money!:)
Love this location and the cashiers are friendly every time. Been coming for 6 months now and May I please request to turn off the AC during winter omg it’s so cold it’s uncomfortable to shop and I see others commenting agree. Please do Something. Oh and fruits and vegetables mold up quick please do a better job of checking before selling. I’ve returned many items from
Veggie section. Annoying but I love this store
One of the most pleasant shipping experiences possible. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the prices can't be beat
It was ok great selection the only down fall they don't have bags you will have to bring your own bags to put your grocery
Great meats, seafood, pizzas, and other products at good prices, and save some money! No pics this time, but for sure next time!
Great prices. Store was freezing cold. Only 1 register open. But if you don't mind the wait it was worth it. They have the extra large Advent chocolate countdown calendars
