ALDI, Stafford TX

I went to pick up my grocery order and the person helping was so personable and kind. This was my first time picking up from that particular store and I’ll definitely be returning. Very pleasant experience.

Aldi, sometimes when i put my coin in my cart it doesn’t come out but overall y’all have the best customer service. Please fix that

Aldi is a wonderful, affordable, and clean grocery store. I often buy the alternative milks here for a much lower price than other places, though the taste might be compromised. But it does the job and keeps my nutrition up, so I’m not complaining! The fruits are pretty fresh too.

Is a very clean store but for sure not coming back at this store all of the employee are not nice at all they pass be side you and don't say Scuse me one of them bump into my4 year old when we were checking out by the way I was holding his hand.

The store is clean and well-stocked for the most part; however is limited on selections of non-store brand products.
That is not a problem for me, as I've found very little difference in taste compared to name brand products which are more pricey.
An exception is the unpleasant taste and after-taste of the store brand sodas including the clear, no calorie, fruit flavored, carbonated & noncarbonated drink.

I love the store in all but there is no friendly customer service from any of the workers. They just look at u and move on same with checking out super fast and making no short convo with the customer or even a hello. Its sad.just pay for ur items u want n get out is how it makes u feel.

Aldi is a very pleasant convenience store with many different types of fresh produce and quality products. Although Aldi can be very selective with their products, yet their quality have never failed for how affordable everything is. Aldi is a decent size store and few customer representatives, meaning there will be a small line at check out. With quarter for a cart or use your own reusable bag, plastic and papper bags are optional with some extra charge. Overall, Aldi is the "go-to" place when you need some quick groceries. I went to west airport, highway 6 location in Sugarland to pick an item and return one. I west to cash register and told her that I want to return this and I have my reciept. She asked me if I have my credit card I used it for? I said yes and took out my card right away and told her again that I want to return one of those 2 items and buy the other one. Without saying anything to me she reached out for a gift card and refunded my money and my bank card is still in my hand towards her and I was surprised that what she is doing? I said I want you to return my refund to my bank card which I am still holding in my hand. She Saud she can't do anything now. She took both return item and the one I wanted to by and put it under the side of the register and forcing me to take refund and leave then she said I will call security on me. And she called him. Security guy was all confused. And she was still fighting withme me that she is the manager and her name is Brea like what you can do? What kind of store is this that she issued a gift card without asking me and blaming me for everything? And asking me to leave.

I love Aldi. This location is probably my favorite of the 3 I visit. I always seem to find good stuff here. If you haven't tried Aldi - you should.

My husband loves shopping here. My husband is a very frugal man. Not cheap. Frugal. We went to Aldi and saved a lot on staples. We LOVE their Kirkwood Rotisserie Flavor Turkey Breast Tenderloins. On the gril.these things ROCK! We love saving at Aldi!

Great Selection of German groceries here. I recently tried their delivery service too. Perfect communication and updates from the shopper and delivery was on time. Great customer Service, look forward to my weekly shopping here as they get it right every time.

Good place to shop for grocery à a great price. Bring your shopping bag and a quater because they don’t provide bags and you need a quarter to unlock a cart.

The tall guy on the only register open today was pretty rude and unwelcoming. His demeanor is like he doesn't want to be there, which is fair but put him somewhere where he doesn't engage with paying customers. 1 star because the prices are ok but the cashier is the worst, Walmart has better customer service than this location.

It replaces the neighborhood general store from my childhood with great prices and seasonal special buys. It's saved countless trips to the big chain grocers.

It's a great place to buy an expensive food and people are very nice and it's always well stocked I really like the pizza from here get pizza here it's good it's good putting your oven eat it not the Frozen kind but the regular kind I like that they have kombucha that's pretty good tastes like vinegar so if you like drinking vinegar you should try that you should give it a try add milk milk is good they have these Greek yogurt ice cream popsicles are so good they're literally the best thing in the whole world on the only sad thing is my friend keeps asking me to get coffee from here for him he's too lazy to get himself and this place opens at 9: 00 and that's when I have to be at work so I don't have time to go there before work is going convenient or whatever

It was fine. It was a bit smaller than some other Aldi locations I have visited, or it seemed smaller. Decent enough store, but limited choices. Typical Aldi's. I go when I need a short trip with not too much to purchase.

Omg. There fruit are super great. The prices are awesome, there's always seem to be a deal. I wish they had a better selection on chicken. But over all not bad.

Great place to shop. They should really open up more than 1 register. Sometimes there'll be a long line of people with just 1 person on the register.

Manager was rude I asked for help and she just looked at me crazy. Thank god there was another associate there to help me.
