ALDI, Fort Worth TX

This is a pretty good Aldi's, I frequent it often. Never had a bad experience in here.

Used to be great store but now seen the meat and pastry recalls and fruits and vegetable recalls do to the packaging

Clean, good prices, and for the most part, the employees are helpful. Sad part is, there's always more work than people.

First off - the cashiers SIT DOWN while scanning your stuff. This is Un-American! How will the Healthcare industry survive if employees don't ruin their legs after years of needlessly standing up at the checkout?

Otherwise, a fun selection of imported stuff to explore.

Used to be great. Now comparable to regular stores. Still worth shopping if only for occasional killer deal. (Like 23lb turkey for $8)
Cheese and some stuff are always a good price but they are getting closer to retail and now you have to pay attention cuz their prices continue to rise.
Love that stupid stuff like chips aren't $4-6 freaking bucks like at regular stores. Ugh!
Their peeps are always awesome.

You guys need to train your young cashier's how to count. Apparently, they don't know what 50% off reg price taken at register is. I went back to point out the mistake & my change was literally thrown at me like it was my fault the cashier can't add. Okay.

Some good deals but not a ton of selection and some of the off brand meat products charged more than name brand meat companies. Get the produce/ forget about everything else.

I haven't been in there and I'll file and if they had lots of food lots of items

During my recent shopping trip to Aldi's I was shocked at how much the prices have increased. I no longer view Aldi as a value-based grocery store.

The cashier Aspen is extremely rude. She grabbed a cart when I was about to put my cart up where she is. I did not want to swich my daughter to another cart and before I could even tell her she started putting the groceries in that cart and told me you can swich your daughter in this cart or put you groceries in the one she's in. There were several carts behind her. All she had to do was grab one. That is the last time my family and I will be going there. She is so rude and all she was thinking about is herself.

Aldi is great so long as you remember to bring a quarter for the cart and reusable shopping bags

Bought a carton of cherry tomatoes, several were rotting. Not Aldi's fault really but you should check. They are the multi-cilir carton.
Update: I don't feel this review was fair I like Aldi alot. So four stars

I have been shopping here for over 5 years. They have a lot of unique German foods, sweets and beer that other grocery stores don't have or carry. Their prices are cheaper than most other stores because of their low overheads and store policies. You must have. 25 cents to get a shopping cart and when you return it you get you quarter back. That is one last employee that they need to hire to collect carts in the parking lot therefore cheaper prices. Another thing you should do is bring your own shopping bags. Because they do not offer plastic or paper bags. Another way of Cutting cost for the company to help keep food prices down.

The earlier you shop the better produce and more products you find in stock especially the ones that are on sale. During the holidays especially Thanksgiving and Christmas you can find unique foods, desserts and wines that you cannot find in other stores.

Overall, Aldi is a great place to shop. I just wish the store hours opened up at 7 AM. Store hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM.
