ALDI Distribution Center, Denton TX

They blatantly age-discriminate. I'm 50 years old with several years of warehouse experience with a clean criminal background, and they flat-out turned me down for no good reason; meanwhile they freely hire college kids with no experience whatsoever. An abominable company.

All in all.not too bad. Had 2359 appt.ok to checkin with cool guard at 1737 to park on property before getting unloaded. (if you're smart you reserve a spot at TA in Denton so you have place to park when you're empty)
He said they start earlier than midnight.and they called me to back into door at 2237 and wait for them to call me when unloaded.so far so good.bouncing on me at 2315.had trailer freight off in 1/2 hr. 2345
Then they sent you a text to pay lumper fees.called my dispatch for money code and paid fee by 0020.that's when they hit the brakes.

You can't call Capstone to get paperwork.you have to WAIT FOR them to call you.they called me at 0124 to get paperwork.left at 0138

Waiting in line for an hour to check in, then another hour to pay lumper, then they send you to the wrong door occupied by another truck, then park your truck back and wait another hour for them to call you with another door. What a mess, they don’t even have a computer to manage this DC and everything is in a handwriting and papers like 50 years ago, one laptop they have is used for cashing your EFS checks lol. What a shame. And of course add another couple hours to get your paperwork after you have a green light. Fun goes on all night, don’t expect to sleep here after driving all day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay at this Denton Texas location. I would not mind coming back.

White kid at security was hyper like his police officer but African American that works security 3rd was cool. Older lady doing paperwork was funny they let you park in door before midnight, but you have to wait till midnight before going inside to stand by your door. Lumper guy will come and tell you how much and you go pay the lady ones empty she will call you for paperwork. I was empty at 2: 30am.

Security guard is very friendly as well as the staff in the warehouse. You are allowed to check in early and stay until you unloaded and possibly thereafter, but unfortunately I was booted out lack of parking. I had run out of hour's before my original appt.time and was able to get in.

No night parking available. Lumper guy was slow getting u your paperwork back so u can get out of this crowded place. If do come here come earlier then ur appointment. They will let u park here until they open at 12am to start unloading.

Not too bad, although I brought refrigerated product here and only had 4 pallets. The check in lady is overworked and it shows by her frustrations with drivers. But the lumpers were cheap and fast. In and out in 2hrs. A lot of drivers show up the day before and park on site, next time I will do the same.

Lady that works at night is very rude and snaps at drivers. I got the impression that she hates truck drivers. Very dark place, they need lights. They only receive loads after 11 PM to 5 AM. But you can park on site beforehand.

Only giving one star cause u can check in early & Park here & the security guard is nice.but the old C**t that works for the lumpers is rude ass hell except to her be mean & give u an attitude for no reason she need to be fired! This place is a joke

Every time I come here I leave 30mins after docking. As long as you check with the lumper at the door you will be out in no time.

Nice people especially the guard on duty, checked in about 36 hours before my appointment and was told to try at midnight when receiving opened. Luckily they took me a whole 25 hours before I was supposed to deliver and had me done in less than 2.5 hours. Only $45 lumper Fee

Lady needs help she can't do all the work she takes forever doing everything's by herself get her a secretary or some that makes a terrible service loading there

Worst place to deliver to.be ready to spend the day before you get unloaded.the receiving staff could use Alot. Of training.wish we had a minus Star Button

The old white witch that works at the Lumper desk at night seriously needs a mental check up. She is rude, arrogant and very obnoxious.

3am appointment check in at 2am and now 8am and they didn’t even touch my load, paid lumper in advance, very slow

Unnesasarily rude lumper service. Aldi and capstone should be ashamed of the way their employees treat drivers.

Here always will be unloading fees to pay for Capstone Services. Usually $50. Very rare prepaid. I've had 9 out 10 to pay for lumped. Only ones it was prepaid by broker.

Make sure the guard takes down your number right area code and all if not you'll be waiting until the next day

I was hit in this place there is no lighting to talk about. Now other then that ya I had a good exp. Got me in before appt time didn't take but 2 hrs to unload me.
