I understand that there was only one worker but she completely ignored me. She was helped another customer find the right sized shoe so I waited even though she passed by me without saying a word. Four other customers walked in after me and she didn’t say anything to them either. They waited for awhile and then all 4 of those customers walked out because they were also being ignored for too long. I continued to wait as the worker stood there talking to the one customer about how the shoe felt. She could have told that customer that she would help me and be back but she didn’t so after about 10 minutes maybe longer of being ignored I also walked out. She could have used common sense and tried to make sure every customer got their shoes to try on instead of allowing one customer to occupy her. What good does is do staring at one customer as she looks at how the shoe looks in the mirror and thinks about how one size fits versus another? This was the worst service ever. It’s like she ignored us on purpose so we would leave.

Located inside the Mall. The location is wheelchair accessible with a good selection of shoes. Staff are friendly and happy to show you and try on different shoes. Usually has a discount which the staff are open about which is great and share a number of recommendations.

I have never been in a store where the staff is so unhelpful, the lady at the register (maybe the manager) was arrogant and determined to ignore us, I won't even try the online store, many shoe stores on the web and around to give this business one dollar.

Staff were so rude. Very impatient and they were instantly angry upon me entering the store. I went to return one of the items and because they were so rude to me I returned all the items. Never going back to this store again.

Not happy, stuff are not accurate, after 10 days my order still not shipped out because they had the wrong address, waste of time, I had to call costumer service to correct their mistake!

I like Aldo pricewise. They gives us good product on good price compare to others! Good design.

Staff is not courteous. They looked angry when i entered the store. Also, i have been to this store couple of times and they never have the size of shoe i ask for. Prefer staying away from this store.

Couldn't find a a German Shepard that I like but the mix of Great Danes and chihuahuas was phenomenal

The girl at the counter was nice. But I was very frustrated. I wanted to purchase a bag and I paid through my card. But the purchase wasn't going through and the girl said the system isn't working and she was on the phone to resolve the issue and said it'll take 2 mins. After about 10 mins, and after trying to pay thru my card multiple times (still the message system error kept popping up) it wasn't still working and she asked me couple of times whether I had cash and I didn't. She told me to check back after a while, and I did after shopping at other stores. I had to walk all the way back, it was very tiring and they told me the system won't be up until tomorrow. Very frustrating experience.

The girls here always help me find the perfect shoes! They always are welcoming and prices are great too. Love this place!

Sometimes the bad reviews are from impatient dumb idiots who probably initiated a tense situation. I would think that Black Friday would cause all.of the associates to be a bit more pushy as.they had many customers to service in a small store. It was very crowded, but Allen and Kenneth were great. I would hire them both as sales associates if I had a store. They know the meaning of quality customer service and how to move to the next customer without disregarding the last. My experience in this store was amazing. If I had the time I'd write 100 reviews on why this store is great. I a slow should mention that I ordered some shoes in the store and and 2 hours after I did they shipped. So ordered Thursday and I received them today. I couldn't be happier. The rest of you idiots with negative comments need to get over yourselves. People always find stiff to complain about and find the good in nothing. Thank you Allen and Kenneth and all of you guys. Your appearances, customer service, and kindness were amazing. Five stars is an understatement. YOU ALL DESERVE MORE
